The associates were very safety minded. They got me serviced and on the road very quickly.

They are overpriced and they don't even check your tire pressure. I paid $70 for a regular oil change and that was with their low low $7 coupon and when i left, my tire pressure light turned on while i was on the freeway. Almost all oil change services include a tire pressure check and most are around $30 to $50. Their logic for the outrageous high price, you get your oil change fast through a drive in.
Really? Like Jiffy Lube and all the others? The real reason was that it was a monday morning and i was the only car with 10 technicians and 5 open bays. That is why it was quick. Had there been others before me, and I had to wait, would that magically reduce the price?
I can't stand explanations created by a corporate marketing that insults one's intelligence.
Customer service was good. Nothing bad about the staff.

Great customer service and super friendly staff but a minor mistake happened where they forgot to screw on my belly pan. I drove back and they fixed it right away.

Was there for an oil change. Of course they Shays try to up-sell to. I was kinda disappointed that they left oil smudges under the hood and also didn't notify my that I had a rodents nest under the hood. I only saw it when I checked to make sure they put the oil cap back on.

This place used to be jiffy lube but it's still a really good business and a little expensive, but good business

I’ve been going there for years and had an issue the last time I was there. They stripped out my drain plug on my truck and took no responsibility. When I went back to talk to the manager he was super rude and no willing to help. When I contacted corporate they told me it was an old truck and it was bound to happen. Stay away from these guys!

It's also good that they check your lights around the car.
