Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Riverbank CA

I need to know the job was done right and it was done great I didn’t need my tires rotated because they were needed replaced

I did my oil change there, it was fast and employees were friendly, but! After 1 month of the service, the motor oil light of my car turned on, I took it to a mechanic and resulted that Oil filter was super old and there was not enough oil (almost empty) leaving my car in such a bad shape. I’m never taking my car back here!
Don’t go there!

BAD BAD experience after so many years using their service for my 3 vehicle, its time to move on. Filed a complaint to the corporate. I have a case number and spoke with the shop manager.

Came in on my lunch break and everyone was so attentive & professional. They did offer upgrades (engine filter, gas upgrade) but I didn’t feel like they tried to upsell me at all. They were transparent with the cost and went along with a regular oil change. Maybe not 15 minutes in and out but as fast & as thorough as they could be. Will absolutely come back in the future.

After paying for a full service.a day later my rear differential went out.they never put oil back in the rear dif.rip offs don't go there.

15min oil change is a lie. I have NEVER been out of here in under an hour. I wish I had a different option to take my company vehicle.

I could provide five stars, but the manager was so rude with all the customers which as me were waiting for the service. Be ready for a waiting time of an hour. I had a voucher and Merissa was rudely forcing me to upgrade the service that I had. Coming to my car just without say excuse me just entering like with no respect or explanation, just directly as no one is inside the car. Forcing rudely. The guys were so nice and attentive, respectful people, just asking if you want to change this or that, they were offering everything they had at the moment, but they were experimenting a high stress situation with this manager who was complicating the flow of the service. Thank you guys but clients and you workers cannot be subject to these kind of behavior. Let’s see if that changes the rudeness. Not sure if one of the today’s customers are here in reviews, but they were really upset and unhappy with this lady Merissa’s service. I don’t like to point out people, but honestly I never felt that in any other business, that aggressive behavior and rudeness of the attention. They left the cover under my car loose. Unfortunately I went just today to Riberbank because I had some errands to do there, but I do not live in the area, then I’ll have to go and pay someone who help me to attach the cover on its place.

Not good. I've had to go back 3x's since due to leaking oil. They hve since fixed the issue, I hope. Jackie

Nice process. My only concern is that they checked all of the 3 orders as complete when only 2 were. They corrected it immediately upon reminder.

Staff is very attentive and friendly always. Quick service, love all the smiles and waves. My go to spot for oil changes.

Last night we changed oil I don't know what they did on my way home check engine light came few other lights came and when I parked my car big oil puddle on my driveway and manager said if you have oil in car bring it back. I don't know never ever use this location. I have to go to work as well but looks like no one cares.

Way way too expensive.
I came here to avoid paying dealership prices for an oil change.
I just wanted an oil change.
I was quoted $155 but they graciously discounted it $10. I paid $145 out the door.
I called the dealership and Modesto after the fact and they would’ve changed my order for $84.99.
