I was coming from out of state at that.didnt notice anything was wrong until my steering wheel stiffed up at the gas station and when I opened the hood there was oil splashed everywhere and my oil cap was on the radiatornever again will I got to Valvoline in ohio
Great place to service your car check everything for you price is good and the staff are very polite
In and out in an on efficient manner. The even repositioned my front turn signal light bulbs on my 2015 Toyota Camry of which I did not know where not seating properly in their slots. I would recommend this location.
Exceptional service! These men were extremely nice and gave so much information I left without any questions! They took their time to service my car and that is much appreciated! I definitely recommend this location if your in the area!
Great fast service and they reviewed everything but no pressure to buy any add ons at all and never had to gwt out of the car. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Always helpful and polite. Very professional yet still very nice and explained everything.
Blew my Cadillac 's engine just 2 weeks ago. Dropped a socket in the intake. Boom! My car ran beautifully before. Got my oil changed, paid for it, and totalled my engine. Nothing! No click, lights, nothing. I paid and he told me to turn it on. Bearly turned key and BOOM! Seriously, Boom! My car was pushed out of bay and had to be towed away. I know they have this all on camera. Why they couldn't do right and admit the guy changing my oil left a tool in the wrong place. The boom was so loud. The workers all gathered around and tried to say I needed a starter. No. Did not need a starter. The Unibomber changed my oil.
The owner had left me info on this post on how to file a claim. Notice that info is no longer here? Why can't people just do the right thing Grrr.
