It was fine. But, twice as much as I normally pay for an oil change. But couldn’t put it off any longer. And I would rather not have to sit in my car while they work on it.

Waited for over 1.5 hours. It is also more expensive than other places and not as nice or professional.

Amazing oil change experience, quick and easy. Me and the family just chilled in the car while they did everything, reasonable price. They did try and up sell me, but that's expected.

I love this place! You can sit in your car and in 10-15 minutes your oil change is done. It is funny to listen to them yelling each step of the oil change. Cracks me up!

Friendly staff, fast oil change and tire rotation. Would reccomend to anybody that's needs a quick oil change. They will try and sell you additional services and preventative maintenance stuff. Everybody works very quickly. Will definitely be returning.

Just visited the location in Huntington beach on edinger. Elijah, Cody and Anton worked on my Nissan, they provided great customer service, were very friendly and not only changed my oil but changed out my broken tail-lights in under 20minutes! They deffinitly were awesome. A little more $$ for an oil change than the normal place I go too, but deffinitly worth it for fast timing, customer service & also changing my brake lights. Thanks guys!

I went there with an service A which is oil change and when i finished i got an oil change that cost $144 and i dont what happend and theres another check service “service B” in my car.when i asked what is that they were like we dont know maybe the company make this to check everything at once.expansive and bad

The quality of service definitely outshines other oil change providers I've gone to. Like most typical oil service providers they should be checking everything from tire psi to air filters to transmission. Here at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, they perform the usual.

So why 4 stars?

I came in for an oil change and expected to spend less than $30. $30 is pretty fair for the area due to a number of competitors. The oil change that was recommended for came out to be $70 (mid tier) and the lowest option was $46. Pretty hefty price if you're a college student like myself. I did pay for the superior service since I was already there but was it worth the extra $10-$15? Sorry guys, not for me, but I do appreciate the kindness of your tram members.

Fast and easy service, I just wish they wouldn't try to upsell other services as much when you're waiting to pay and leave.

These guys are the BEST. They gave me the REAL rundown. Didn’t try and talk me into anything I didn’t need. Even tried to talk me out of a few things. Even gave me the business card of a reputable mechanic to get some work done that I really need on my car. There is NO BETTER PLACE to get your car serviced! Special thanks to Jayson!

Very quick oil changes. No high pressure on extras. The employees seam to enjoy working there. You get to stay in your car during the whole oil change.

The attendant who approached me was nice enough, although clueless about different quality oil filters. She instructed me to pull into the drive-through oil change bay (something I've never before done; but I've driven hundreds of cars in the work I've done in the past). As I pulled forward I guess I wasn't perfectly aligned and one "tech" lets out a very audible "oh my god! " Another woman is stood at the far end directing me and smirking like I'm an idiot. I politely told them I had changed my mind and drove away.

The folks there tonight are unprofessional.

So fast I didn't even need to use my lunch break to get an oil change, air filter change, and other fluids topped off.

They tried to upsale me a bunch of other services. I denied and said I only want a oil change and that pissed the manager off. Why get angry at a customer if they only want and oil change and nothing else? Total assholes.

Best place for an oil change for us busy people! It only takes 15 minutes you don't even have to get out of your car. The technicians are super friendly, always a great experience! Thank you Matthew and Anton for making it so easy!

The staff is friendly and they informed me of maintenance needed for my radiator that I was not aware of. I had my oil and radiator fluid changed and am happy with the way my car is now running.

Quick: Fast service with a full return to the quality care for the customer. I don't know if it's an excellent value if you think about oil changes, but given they take care of you in full it's a good way to treat yourself and your car.

Pros: Fast. Courteous beyond expectation. No hassle.

Cons: Probably not the cheapest oil change around, but in line as average for quality.
