Had a package get returned to them because they didn’t fill out my address correctly. Called them with not that much time left before i needed it and Zachary was so much help, had a replacement shipped out to me as soon as possible with priority shipping to make the deadline. Very good customer service like this is what keeps a company running!

I had placed an order for a boxing glove display case to showcase my pristine Roy Jones Jr signed glove. Upon receiving my package, there was notable damage to the package. I contacted Vandue and spoke with their customer service representative Zachary. He was extremely helpful and easy to communicate my issues with. With a quick conversation he was able to have a replacement shipped out and made sure the guys packing this order took extra care and effort to ensure that any bumps or bruises to the package while on the way to me would not cause damage to my case. It arrived perfectly and the experience I had with their customer service team was such a relief, I actually took the time to write this review. Thank you Vandue for standing by your products and your customers, I will be coming back for more display cases as my collection grows

Very cool 'fold out' chairs (think padded benches, loveseats) for outdoor events! I pull 'em out at every game or bonfire! Good customer service too - have never had an issue

UNREAL customer service! I bought a LED display shelf from them and the lights were not working (flashing and completely unresponsive to the RF remote). I contacted them via email, and they responded within a day. They sent me a new remote completely free of charge. Unfortunately, the new remote still did not work (issue with the display itself, not the remote). I contacted them again, and this time they sent me a COMPLETELY NEW DISPLAY! Keep in mind this display costs over $200 and they sent me it FOR FREE. They didn't even ask me to return the old faulty one, so now I have 2 of them (although only the new one works). Do not hesitate to do business with them. 11/10 customer service, and shipping was also very quick as well!

Placed an order thru Amazon and Vandue sent me the wrong item. Three emails with picture of the box label and then I get shipping information for me to pay to send the 20 lb box back. Wait a minute? You sent me the wrong item and now I'm supposed to pay to send it back? Not acceptable. I will not be ordering from Vandue again or using Amazon because they were no help at all in resolving this issue

Ordered product on line thru walmart.it arrived on time but the product was damaged and unusable.the quality is poor and components are extremely poorly designed.thank goodness it was ordered thru walmart who takes care of returns and refunds with no hassles.

I ordered from this company through Walmart. Our patio furniture arrived damaged. Walmart told me I needed to contact them directly for a replacement. It took weeks for them to respond, at which point they said it was the first day they were back in the office due to Covid (understandable). I replied with pictures of the damage. Weeks later, they responded again and told me again that it was the first day they were back in the office (even though they had said this weeks earlier), and they could help me if I sent them pictures and a description of the problem. I told them I already had, but sent the response again with pictures and a description (again). I received another response today, saying it was their first day back in the office (wait, what?), and, you guessed it, they said I had never sent any pictures. I responded again with pictures (along with screenshots of my original replies to show that I had, in fact, already sent them), but I'm not getting my hopes up that this wrong will ever be righted.
