Restaurant Vanessa Deli reviews
6Food is just excellent taste, presentation, excellent customer service. I love this place looking forward to many visits here
VERY BAD SERVICE IT TAKEN 1 HOUR TO TAKE ORDER, COLD FOOD, COLD COFFEE.
NOMAS ATTENDING 2 PEOPLE
Very extensive menu. I love that the menu is bilingual, too. Tried the Mitad y Mitad (Half & Half) which is half carne asada fries and half carne asada chips. It's like they knew the exact dilemma my wife and I face when we want to split a meal but can't make up our minds!
The meat was flavourful and great quality, the toppings were perfect, and the portion size was good. I didn't love the salsa (good thing I only bought a small side of it; I really thought I'd like it more), the chips were a little hard and well-done, and the fries were a little too mushy, but I'd try the dish again, in case it was just a bad day.
The guacamole on top was excellent and just the particular way my wife likes it.
I'm dying to try some of their sundaes and a banana split!
Today I went to this place for breakfast and I was surprised by the attention they gave me. The food ecxelent and sufficient. The 3 people in charge, in the kitchen and in customer service made me feel very comfortable. The stuffed chiles reminded me of the ones my mother prepared for me. Today they gained a new client who recommends Vanessa restaurant.as an excellent place to enjoy good food and service. Recommended.
We found this place on a long, tiring day; Veronica, the server, was superb, and the food was delicious and affordable. When we are in town, we stop at least once. So yes, we recommend it.
Used to be really good but now everything is very skimpy. The chile relleno barely had any cheese, not much of anything on my tostada and the enchilada lacked toppings. It's a bit pricy so I am disappointed. Used to be my go to spot. The meat is also cooked different than before. I miss what it used to be. If i go again I'll stick to the quesabirria, seems to be the only thing worth getting these days.
