Signed a contract with this organization in April 2019. The "deal" was pay them $11000 upfront and if the timeshare cancellation hadn't happened in 6 months, they would refund my money. Well, it is now October 2021,2.5 YEARS later - no resolution. They simply turned it over to a timeshare release law firm in St Louis.since then, unless I call and bother that law firm, nothing happens!
Needless to say, I have not had money refunded AND am still encumbered with a Wyndham timeshare! Must be time to file a complaint with the BBB and a few other organizations.
Bottom line.don't fall for this!

Signed up with this company a few years ago and they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Their phone number is a fax now and we have not been able to get in touch with them for over twelve months. There has been no update to the status of getting out of our time share and if you should be contacted by them, DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT!

In April, 2019, we contracted Vanguard & Associates to release us legally from our timeshare. We paid them $4000. NOW, we can't even get anyone to return our calls! They were working on our case but then covid hit. No one responds to voice mail messages or texts.

These guys turned out to be just one more big scam! They took $4000 from us almost one year ago and we’ve heard nothing! I’ve called, emailed, left messages over and over.
Used to get a receptionist who “took my message” now just a recording.
Website says they are open? What a shame they have to prey on older adults, most on fixed incomes and can’t afford the timeshare let alone $4000 to get out. That money would sure help us pay bills and buy food during this crazy pandemic time! Don’t fall for their lies!

We have had a very poor experience with this company we have paid them approximately $5,000.00 in fees upfront over 12 months ago and they have done nothing. They do not reply to emails and phone calls. Their protection is an answering machine we leave messages and no one ever replies over a one year period. The sales person who took our money has left the company, he is always polite but does nothing he promises. We believe this is a scam and have reported it to Visa, they are investigating.

If I could give them a no stars I would. They did not get rid of our timeshare in the one year money back guarantee. One year later when requesting our refund, they did not answer the phone or call back or return emails. We had to dispute the $5,995 charge through our credit card company. Hopefully you read this before committing.

I thought getting in a timeshare would be easy. Little did I know, they are hard to get rid of. Especially if you're not in the same city as your timeshare. I am very thankful for this team. They made it happen and made my experience delightful. Forever Grateful

Stay away from this company! They are shady at best. We made the mistake of paying for their service up front and never received any updates on progress. What is worse, when I called to ask about the account they gave the same answer every time I called, " we are waiting on closing documents". It has been over 15 months and no sign this company has any inclination of honoring their contract. Run away!

Called and left multiple message. No response. All I got was an email that a representative was going to call but never did. I wasnt even able to talk to operator and left messages as emergency and still no reply. Highly disappointed.

Unlike most I have thoroughly enjoyed owning my Timeshare, but have other real estate that I need to put money into so it no longer made sense to keep the timeshare. After doing some research I reached out to Vanguard & Associates and it was obvious that they were very experienced and very confident. They even offered a money back guarantee, and of course they don't get paid unless they can help. I would recommend this team to anyone, and if I'm ever in a similar situation again I will surely be calling them.
