Vanilla Bake Shop reviews
10Tried to order tea that was on menu board but they were out. Asked for hot water instead and was told it was against airport policy to give or sell hot water. Really? Since when?
Terrible service. I ordered a coffee and a muffin and the guy serving asked me what size I wanted my cappuccino. I told him the big one and he continued replenishing the water without looking at me. When he finished after 5 minutes, he asked me again what I want. I repeat it again and he tells me: what size? I confirm again and he tells me to wait because a person came up and started talking. I ended up leaving without buying anything after waiting 15 minutes for nothing. Total lack of respect.
Ordered a café latte with an extra shot, it tasted like a pot of coffee made with too few beans and added foam on top, absolutely not recommended
I’m all for people taking their time on items, but wow… super slow service, inconsiderate conversations about pregnancy experiences, and horrible customer service. I arrived at the airport early to see if I can grab something to eat before my flight… i waited 45 minutes and had to leave because boarding began. She stopped in the middle of a clients order to retouch her makeup and make herself a drink…please don’t come here even if you have the time
Worst customer service. Employees not helping, not even try to help. I asked for a receipt reprint and only got excuses.
Long waiting line, bad customer customer service, no greetings whatsoever, no smile, no positive gesture, worse coffee i've ever taste. I order ice americano, they poured HOT WATER on ice. Omg. Worse!
Excellent organic ground work coffee, no line and very personal experience. Just pass Starbucks you won’t regret it.
Disgusting food for extortionate prices. Caesar salad I purchased was at least a day old, no date on it and pastry was so dry I couldn’t eat it. 7 dollar pineapple was good though. Avoid for food.
Overpriced but faster service compared to Starbucks nearby. Cookies and brownies didn’t feel fresh so I am assuming they we either from previous day or more.
