Ryan was AMAZING! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, polite and just awesome! We all need employees like Ryan! 5 star Treatment! Give that guy a raise!

We just moved in and had some plumbing issues late at night. Maintenance responded immediately and made arrangements for the cleaners to come after for clean up.

I’ve lived here 10 years. That has to say it right there. Great apartment living. Maintenance kills it. Pools are beautiful.

Lisa was so helpful. The property was very nice and modern. The premises was clean and mellow.

The maintenance person was great! We have two dogs and have to make arrangements with them so they can enter. They worked around them and was very courteous.

I have called the main office to let them know my maintenance requests. No one has contacted me to schedule when they can fix the repairs. I've been waiting for the new window blind that I ordered over a year ago, and a screen 2 years ago!

The response to our call was pretty prompt, we were grateful. It was the epitome of “the problem doesn’t replicate itself when those who can fix it show up”. Inconsistent hot water but apparently the water heater was working just fine. Thanks again for showing up so quickly.

Maintenance request hasn’t been completed? No notice of anyone being here. Drains are still clogged and oven doors still doesn’t close?

We called made an
appointment to get our toilet fix, it was licking. Took care of it and we are happy!

The office was very helpful with the move-in, making it an easy transition. Whole complex is very well kept and very clean and quiet neighborhood. We love it!

Responded within hours of my cabinet repair request. Excellent work done. Did a bonus repair of my outside gate without being asked. Outstanding service!

I had a smoke/fire alarm going on at 10pm, I didn't have a ladder or batteries to deal with that noisy thing all night long, so I called Vanoni and they sent a nice guy to help change the battery. Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Great place to live, maintenance is quick, Dog Friendly. The only downside was parking but other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

After I raised the urgency of this request (marking as urgent on the webpage doesn’t seem to do it) Alex on the phone and especially Ryan on his day off reacted in a timely manner and solved the problem.

We put in a routine maintenance request for a tub that was not draining properly. The job was completed in less than 24 hours! Definitely sooner than we had expected.
