I’ve never written a review for any place, but Chris was very sweet and helpful which made me want to leave a review. He was very patient with my boyfriend and I esp since we wanted to get matching shoes. I felt so bad asking him to look for 6 different pairs of shoes, but he made our shopping experience very pleasant. Thank you, Chris! (: (hopefully I spelled his name right)
Place is awesome, the customer service is on point I wanted a certain pair of jeans they didn’t have my size but they found one size below and it’s a bit pricey but quality is worth the cost
L really like this store. And I like it even more now that I know I can get Harry Potter shoes for myself and my daughter from here. Keep getting new Harry Potter stuff and you will keep me as a customer.
Great selection of Van's, very nice location inside Westfield mall, newly constructed. Variety of shoes skateboards and clothing.
They are very rude i called & they kept hanging up in my face they have poor communication skillz the worst Vans store i ever been too they need a whole new staff
Seriously I don't expect much from Fox Hills but from the moment we walked in up to the purchase and walking out, I t was a very pleasant experience. Maybe it was cause it's Tuesday. There were several people in the store though so the fact we one on one was still welcomed with appreciation.

We came her at around 7pm it was a slow day yet somehow the service was slow even though it was only us and a two other customers. At least we got our shoes.
Love, love, love Vans but this store is horrible. The teenagers behind the counter are incredibly affected and really treat you like they are doing you a favor. The Vans store on Washington near Lincoln isn't that far away so go to that one instead.
Kwel mall in Culver City if your in the area they have mainly all the store that a mall should have and it's very spacious with great parking
