Vans, Moreno Valley CA

I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked by multiple employees if I needed help while I was looking at shoes. After I asked for a size and tried on the pair, the same employee kept checking on me and seeing if I needed anything else. Meanwhile, employees that passed by asked if I'd been helped already.

I got my shopping done quickly and felt good about spending my money at this store. Everyone was super friendly.

Went in to exchange shoes I ordered online and Jose gave an amazing customer experience. There were 4 other employees that were just standing around and seemed annoyed, but Jose did a great job in making sure that I was able to get my exchange done.

This store isn't as big as the other's I've been to, but has the essential stuff. The staff was helpful.

All of the store associates were so nice and attentive. The store was really clean and organized. Overall a nice shopping experience. Will definitely go back to this store when I’m ready for some new shoes.

I really enjoy this place. I have so many Vans shirts and they are all amazing with their designs. Even though this Vans store is small you will find any Vans related here, for example you'll find T-shirts, shoes, shorts, hats, and even skateboards. The service here is also really good and you will automatically you'll get assisted by a worker there, this worker will tell you their sales at the moment for the store, they will help you find your shoe size, and they will help you find what you are looking for. All I'm saying is that this store is Flipping amazing, you should go here.

Great customer service. The only reason it got 4 stars is because they sold me shoes with a scuff mark (it wasn't the shoe I tried on) and when I got them out to wear them the next day I noticed the scuff mark and they were out of my size and the next half size up. All the malls in my county were out.

Super friendly staff they helped us in a very timely manner. The store itself was kinda cluttered, it was like they didn't have enough space for all of the merch on the floor. Didn't buy anything other than shoes

Today I was in Store #26 in Moreno Valley, Ca. I had my two small children with me ages 5 and 3, I was there buying a last minute gift for my husband that I wanted my kids to take part in. My son is Autistic and I always keep him in our Keenz Wagon to avoid any incidents. When I walked in, team member Alejandra greeted us and offered assistance due to not being able to maneuver well in the store. She brought me to the back of the line and offered to personally grab the shoes we needed. While waiting for her, Manager Chris said to me that I couldn’t wait in line without product, I said that Alejandra was grabbing our shoes and that there wasn’t anyway I could make it to the back with our Stroller Wagon. He responds “That’s not my problem” I continue to wait for Alejandra when Associate Jimmy walks up and in an extremely rude tone says to get out of line since I don’t have product. I said that Alejandra was assisting me and that I couldn’t maneuver through the store. He proceeds to yell saying “well you aren’t the only woman here with kids”. I asked for the corporate number to report this he yells over me and says “go ahead and report whatever you want they love me over there. ” I was so humiliated in-front of the entire store and my poor kids. I cannot understand how two different men can be so disrespectful and unwilling to assist a mother with a special needs child. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism at this store.
