I saw the Van's Half Cab 92s In a VANS email I received. I went into the store and and purchased them in both tan and blue. They rock. Is they are based on the popular 2020 Rowan model. They are just as comfortable it's like wearing slippers. They are also sturdy enough to handle any street skating you throw at them.
The service was awesome! I didn't find what I was looking for, but the clerk was there to help. She located the item I was looking for and ensured it was mailed to my house in a timely manner.
My son is vans obsessed. I usually order online. We had to make an exchange at the temecula store. The website said they open at 9. They actually open at 10. I got there a little before 10
They did not open the doors until 10: 05. They had a couple families waiting outside. The staff not on point. Not even for my exchange. Won't shop the temecula vans.
Very rude custom service. We’re no help at all. They didn’t put my shirt in my bag. I live an hour away and they said they couldn’t do nothing for me unless I went back. Who ever I was on the phone with said “we’ll have a good day” and hung up. Like they just took my money for them being at fault not putting my shirt in my bag NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS MALL AGAIN
The workers here are incredibly helpful and kind. They had an awesome selection. When there was a hiccup with my sons show purchase they went above and beyond to make him smile so he could rock Kindergarten confidently. Their effort and kindness went a long way!
