Vans, Vacaville CA

I came to this Vans in Vacaville, purchased only one pair of shoes because it was the only size available. And it was the display shoe. So I asked for an associate to get me the other pair. Took about 30 mins to get the pair. Finally get back home which is an HOUR away. Opened the box and see the security tag on the shoe. I called and explained and they said ”oops” and suggested for me to return to the store to take it off. Or go to another vans store. Such an inconvenience, they clearly just wanted to get the sale and get you out.

Ordered worked shoes from the store, 1. They typed out my email wrong and "couldn't fix it", and they sent my package to the wrong place. Completely different town. I'm so annoyed and such a waste of money. Omfg

I bought mine and my husbands first pair of Vans from this store. I love oirvVans! Vans are so comfortable which I can not wait to purchase another pair. Besides that, the sale going on before Christmas. Buy one at regular price and get the sale item for half off was a wonderful deal! I purchased only two pair. Had to get the original style for myself and another were Vans collaboration with Ed Hardy. What was I thinking only purchasing two pairs! See you soon Vans store.

They have Buy regular price and can get 50% off a sale shoes. It is a good deal if you need 2 pairs of shoes.

A big selection of vans woo! I left with 4 pairs of shoes and two shirts. It was a catch. Not a bothersome staff. So good.

Staff were helpful with finding shoes and also putting them back. Shoes were buy one get one 50% off! (At least one has to be an orange sticker.) Backpacks are buy one get one free!

Found some shoes for my kids and a couple t shirts. Decent prices but not a whole lot lower than you’d pay elsewhere.

Vans outlet was neat and clean. I received assistance from a very nice young lady with good customer service
I have nothing negative to say about this store.

Man has a large selection of shoes but if you're a large guy like myself and you want 12 and 1/2 you're not going to get it in store order only

I got a couple pairs of slip ons on Monday. I had to come back today because one pair had a mismatch of sizes. And the other pair was a little small. I exchanged both pairs with no problems. Everyone was very nice. I got out very quickly.
