A nice Vans store and fits well with their motto. Parking is in back or on the side. The stairs going to the back parking lot are steep but useable.

Super friendly and well managed Van’s store. The guy and two ladies that helped me today were all very helpful and quite knowledgeable about Vans shoes and other products. Walked away with two pairs of new sk8 shooz

Went with my GF and her daughter to spend a gift card. Daughter went straight to the Spicolis. Staff was great. Helpful, patient, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this location. It was welcoming, clean and had a good variety of shoes per size and style. I'm a mom of 4 and brought my kiddos in for back to school shopping. All the staff were welcoming and kind. Marissa helped us and was super sweet. She helped measure all 3 of my older kiddos, confirmed their sizing and when I'd ask for a size in a certain shoe, she would begin that size and the next size up just incase. It always feels pretty great when someone anticipates yout needs like that. All 3 of my school age kids have very different styles so I was really happy to be able to find a shoe each of them loved.

Huge selection at this location and the service was off the wall. Jackie and the team here were supremely helpful in getting me some shoes.

Could not use my gift card vans gave me in store for some reason. They said it was the system. Walked out empty handed unfortunately.

Size 8 was limited today but staff was super helpful and andy (?) Gave options in the colors I was after- thanks!

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Nice selection of shoes I never saw in Louisiana (that was a plus). Michael helped my husband and I. No complaints

I've owned Van's my whole life, literally, they're so comfortable and reliable shoes. Right now I'm wearing some Steve Caballero shoes and, I have a pair of them that have the Ortholite soles and they weigh mier Oz's, which makes them feel more cushiony. And Van's are a really reliable pair of kicks and I will continue to wear Van's for ever.

This is probably one of my favorite Vans stores not only in the US, but around the world.

Doesn’t matter if you are just checking stuff out or buying, staff always make you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble for them… and they never have a bad word to say about bringing your kids with you

It's often difficult to find good styles in my foot size, especially at official retail stores but they had a really style in 15 for me today and I couldn't be happier that all it took was one trip.

Too many sales rep's on the floor. (5) Two cash register's and one person working it. Extreme long lines. Ridiculous.

Amazing experience from beginning to end (for now). The staff were all kind and helpful and well-organized. Josh and the gang were trained well and are beyond caring and helpful especially running the shop during COVID right now. I can’t wait to return. (:

Cashier was incredibly unhelpful and suspicious of me simply because I didn't have a receipt for the brand new shoes I was trying to return. I called a day prior to see if it was possible to do a return or exchange and I was told by Sam (who was very helpful through the call) but when I show up today the cashier told me she's not sure if she can do anything and even when I brought up I was told I can do exchange all I was told is well I should look for the shoe on their wall to see if they have it! She wouldn't even search their catalogue for me, I had to find the exact same pair from their demo wall. Of course I didn't find it and left annoyed at the service here I received from this place. Never shopping here again.
