6Awesome customer service! Marcio (I think that’s the name of the employee) set up my skateboard and it was my first time buying a board there. Jen, another employee, helped too with transaction and giving me a map to the mall! I had great time with them and would go again probably.

A new employee messed up my set -up skateboard but I called and they fixed it and were courteous about the situation.
A lot of kids sizes NOT in stock. Had to go to another store. They had one shoe that my kids liked and was the right size with a small defect. They offered an unacceptable 10% discount and no other store answered their phones to check proper stock. Welcome to post-Covid shopping!
