Multiple sequential, horrible experiences, namely, the way people spoke to me and treated me after damaging my clothes!

Vayaclean did a great job in my dry cleaning. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I love going into this business because of the friendliness and quality.

However they are closing in Truckee. A shame because they did a good job cleaning and with alterations.

I dropped off several blouses to get pressed. I mentioned I was leaving down and needed them right away. Staff worked with me and went out of their way to get them done in time. The day I was suppose to pick up my cleaning, Danny called me and said business needed to close because weather was getting bad and employees needed to go home for their safety. Danny went out of his way to deliver my blouses to me at my home before I left town. This is above and beyond customer service. I highly highly recommend this cleaners. Not only were my blouses pressed to perfection, the idea of taking care of customers by personally contacting them is above reproach.
