They run this place solely like a profit-first business instead of a vet hospital. I got asked to get vaccines, medicine, other products for my cat during every visit whether she really needs it or not.
I visited a few weeks ago, and they showed no patience working with my cat and was trying to push me out the door. My cat gets scared easily, so they complained she was hard to work with. So if anyone has a timid pet, don't bring them here.
