Took our new pup here. Good vets, and take great care of your baby, just alittle bit on the high side. But you get what you pay for.

No stars from me! I took my 9 1/2 wk old kitten for her 1st set of shots.they gave me 2 prescriptions to be administered at home.we followed directions but held off on the second medication because the 1 st said it was for heartworm, parasites and fleas. My small kitten had heart pulpataions and was acting so very lathargic. So I called the sisiter office of the clinic and of course they did not want to comment, due to the fact they did not prescribe (never mind the wellfare of the Paitient! Smh) so I purposely waited a 2 wks to admin the second medication the reactionn was so much worse! My kitten started foaming at the mouth running in circles. I and my family was totally terror as we watched our beloved pet in ovious pain her heart was pounding so hard not only could i feel it but i could hear it.so I called a local humane society for our pet explained what meds were given and dosage of meds, they told me my cat was experiencing a allergic reaction and a" drug over dose" they also said im lucky my cat would of surely been dead if we had not acted so quickly to bathe her and it was good we had followed our gut and waited more than a wk to give the second medication.no one could replace our beloved kitten. Its thier job to look out for the best interest for the pets they treat.knowing what medications are being given.not to mention they also wanted to charge over $630 to spay and vaccinate. NEVER TAKING MY PET BACK! By Far The Worst Experience EVER!

Best hands on care. You don't feel like your walking into a medical office, that smells like over disinfected or pee. I like the down home country feel of VCA. They did not want to let my kitten go when I picked her up from being boarded. That's love/care

Horrible, haven't been there in years. Rude and priced so you can't afford care. X ray showed something in my dogs stomach, yet they found nothing. Unnecessary waste of money. Glad I found alternatives.

Good people who actually care about what they do. I bring my poms in monthly for grooming and get their check ups and vac's done at the same time when they're needed. Prices are average, vets are expensive so not much can be done there. However if you want people that care, this is the place!

Very friendly and professional staff! My dog can't wait to get to daycare and he's always happy to see the doctors.

Everyone who works there knows a lot about everything relating to animals and plans and payments and grooming. I've been taking my dogs there for about 5 years and I'm still pleased with everything and everyone and my dogs enjoy them a lot too.

Had an appointment but that didn’t seem to matter. We waited more than an hour to be seen. Our dog is older and has joint problems. Nothing urgent but maybe I’m just old school and think that appointment times should matter. Nice ladies but the wait really offended me.

Although the office staff is nice the prices are not. The vet was nice but seemed to get offended because I found what the cause of my dogs issue. I brought my fur baby here because he suddenly stopped eating and was drooling. Was acting not like himself. They did get me same day appointment, but I sat in the waiting area for about 15 mins, and then another 20 in the room. Finally the vet came in and was telling me that antibiotics wouldn't cure the mass that I found and that we needed surgery and blood work. Now I wasn't prepared for the price they spammed me with. $1400! The blood x-rays and urine alone was 507. I was so shocked! When I started saying I can't afford these prices (I'm a single mom, and my daughter just broke her arm on the day before and was in er twice) the attitude changed completely. It was as if they had no cares that my dog was struggling, no other options on what I can do to help him until I was able to afford surgery. Nothing. It was sign this and get out. I would never bring anything here. They are a corporate ran office but still how would you feel if it was your kid or animal not being able to eat or drink? Would you like someone to tell you this is the treatment and if you can't pay it get out, with no other answers or ways to help them.

I want to start off by saying VCA hospital has ridiculously high prices. I understand that as a business money is what you need to survive. I feel like this place is sneaky in what they do and don't tell you. This place had me going around in circles. On 1/27 my cat was twitching and acting sick. When we brought him in they told us he had an ear infection. I had brought in my cat to be checked out for vomiting on 1/3/2018. After that visit, I still didn't receive any comfort or an actual treatment plan. Instead for him being checked out and charging us for xrays, they wanted to charge me $1,000. I was outraged. So they started me on this care club plan, or as I see it taking advantage of my desperate situation and shoving paperwork about their care club plan in my face. So I agreed to it because I was expecting such an expensive hospital to give me real answers and treatment plans. All they told me was his bloodwork was okay and then they wanted me to run another test to check his thyroid for an additional 120 bucks. When I came back because my cat now was behaving oddly on 1/27, they told me he had an ear infection. Once again wanting to charge nearly 1,000 dollars for all his medicine and xrays. It still ended up costing 350 dollars I didn't have. They gave me medicine for him for 2 weeks. 2 oral medicines and ear drops. He slowly progressed. And then a week after his medicine ended, he regressed. I took him to another hospital and got a second opinion. It turns out he had a rare condition after the doctor swabbed his ears again. He had feline demodex. I was relieved for a real answer finally. I also appreciated how this other hospital would call us back to check up on my cat. They are also fairly reasonable with vet bills. My cat was suffering for almost a month which felt much longer to me. He is slowly recovering but headed in a good direction. I also found out he is fiv positive. I finally have my answers to help my cat. The VCA hospital doesn't seem to care greatly about animals. All they do is overcharge and send you around with no answers just possible issues. I would have thought by charging such ridiculously high prices that this company would have treated my cat more successfully. This place doesn't call about check ups or anything. As a pet owner I am very disappointed in this company. I don't even get any real benefits from this care club plan. All I get is slapped with a 700 dollar debt to a place that didn't even resolve my cat's illness. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially to someone who is desperate for answers. I am done with VCA. I don't ever want to go back there again.

We came in today because 2 big dogs attacked our 17 year old Chihuahua. I called and they were very nice over the phone. After coming in, our dog was immediately taken inside and the doctor was really nice to us. Unfortunately, our dog was so injured that it was decided to put him down. It was a very sad moment for me, my brother, and my father. The doctor was very respectful, caring and understanding. The staff was really nice to us. All I have to say is thank you for making this very sad day a bit easier for us. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you and God bless.
