7This is such a beautiful and peaceful place to spend a morning. The hike is perfect for a walking Meditation, the Meditation room is wonderful, and the Sunday morning talks are very informational and inspiring. However, my favorite thing is the honey!
Love this place. I went a few months back and miss it often even now. Picture-book views and real warmth from the devotees who were holding a potluck the day I visited. The monks and their meditation hall are immediately elevating presences. Be sure to go for fourth of July.
Gorgeous place for a peaceful, reflective walk among nature. Also, the spiritual talks offered free for everyone are a must attend if you want to grow and understand life better.
A quiet oasis. An absolute must to check out the meditation building/room. And there's a wonderful trail to walk if the weather permits. Parking has expanded from a few years back.
The most sacred and holy places in south county, their lectures are very interesting and informative. Bookstore has wonderful honey and holy gifts. No matter what’s your mood, you be in peace the moment you enter.
Attend Sunday Service if you can! The loving inclusive atmosphere will invite you back, the monks/swami's are relatable, helpful, kind, and the bookstore is a 10 Star experience! THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! Don't miss the Shrine hike that has symbols honoring the major religions, its scenic and emotional! Hidden secret of OC!
A must visit place for all spiritual souls. One visit to this place calms you down. Their meditation room is so peaceful and divine. I have been visiting the monastery since 2017.
