Veneto, Irvine CA

I am a residence of Veneto Apartments.whenever we need anything repaired in our apartment. Stan, Manny and Fernando are very prompt in coming over and doing and they are very, very friendly. We want to make sure they get recognized for doing an excellent job. We lived here 7 years and we always have been very happy.

I moved to Irvine from LA last year. And I fell in love with Veneto community. Not only the community is beautiful, location is amazing. Freeway is right down the road and there are tons of stores which is very convenient.

On top of that, Resident service team is really excellent. Everyone is nice, sweet and professional.

And whenever you need a maintenance, you can easily request it by their own app. And they'll take care of it right away. I never had to wait and they don't delay anything (even for a small request - like replacing a lightbulb) Especially when you have Manny, consider everything will be done with great quality. He is always on top of his work and very professional.
I feel so lucky to have Manny:)

I'm so glad that I moved to Veneto community!

I just have moved to Cypres Village Apartment house recently and I can’t ask for more.all staff are nice and friendly especially the Maintenance staff when I request a maintenance they fix it right away with nice attitude and in good manners. Even though the neighborhood are nice as well. Highly recommended this place for living.

The Veneto apartments are by far my favorite apartments I've lived in. It is consistently clean and the maintenance staff is always very welcoming and friendly. One let down this year was the pool was only available during a certain range of time each day, but this was not Veneto's fault. Manny Canales has come to help us multiple times over the course of almost 3 years. His work is diligent, professional and quick each time he helps us. We got very lucky to get such good service and are never disappointed with the results.

I have lived in several Irvine Company apartments over the past decade, and Veneto is the first community I’ve happily renewed my lease for. The floor plans are generously open-concept, the location is convenient, and the quality of service is top notch. I especially appreciate the staff- Manny goes above and beyond to complete maintenance requests. I feel welcome whenever I come home.

There do everything over the top.just exceptional service and support. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to live and a greater team.

We enjoy living in our Veneto home. Great location! The outdoors (e.g. Irvine Jeffrey open space trail) are a stone’s throw away- you just walk there. Grocery shopping and school are at a walking distance too.
The kids favorite amenity is the Veneto residents pool which is just a few steps away. Especially in times like these the kids manage to socialize in a smaller setting. We have met many of our friendly neighbours at the pool over the time and made friends there too. (The amount of people using the pool at the same time is restricted and you give each other space:)
The staff both in the resident’s office and maintenance are great! I appreciate their genuinely kindness and efficient approach to work (special thanks to Mr. Manuel and Mr. Fernando from the maintenance team!)

Out of all the apartment complexes I've lived in, I've never felt as comfortable, safe, and taken care of as I have at Veneto! I literally just contacted Diana from Resident Services, and she had maintenance come to my aid in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Stanley & Diana for your prompt and responsive service!

We are living in this community from 2 years ago, we love everything this place has so many good people for maintaining after we send the maintenance request they come very quick and fix everything

Office & maintenance employee are very very friendly, polite & their always try to help you, specially Derik.
