Venice Beach Recreation Center reviews
11What a wild experience.they definitely will try to hustle you there as I'm pretty sure no rules apply, fighting drinking and smoking aren't weird things to see on Venice. They have just about everything on the strip but be weary of fake products. The strips definitely alive and I personally wouldn't bring my children there
Nothing bad to say about this amazing area! The $7 parking right at the beach was plentiful and cheap, don't get caught up paying more in town, go right up to the beach!
You will love all the carnival type of shops and food, while checking out the famous work out areas of the giants (I thought big stong men would be working out there all the time, but it was fenced off in fact).
The skate park, pier and ocean were unspeakably beautiful. Another nice touch is a police station right on the beach, along with so many cameras which all added to the safe feeling and general cleanliness of the area.
Review for November 2018. I remember this day was a Beautiful day in the sun. It was very fun and I enjoy my day with my kids this day. Venice Beach California is located very close to Santa Monica. It is one of the few beaches we have in Los Angeles County. Any day in the Sun and near the beach is a good day. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely love the coastal regions of California. Very good places to chill and relax and to even meditate. Great for going on a run or riding your bicycle. Good times for your family
Great place to watch pickup basketball and unwind while doing all the tourist stuff. One star dinged because Muscle Beach is closed, and there are too many people trying to sell your their CDs. Dude, no one has a CD player, and NO ONE USES CASH.
So much to do! The vibe is so positive and energetic. From the ocean to the people never a dull moment. You'll have a splashing time.
Everything's fine about this place except for the public bathrooms makes me glad I was born a man cuz those poor girls got to sit down
Love the beach & boardwalk. So much to see and do. It's a nice stroll to walk up and down
The beach was beautiful. It's cleaner now. Also a lot of artists selling thier art works.
Amazing, great place to spend time, the beach is amazing, you can smell the salty spray of the ocean
Public outdoor space for recreating. A little creativity, a little active transportation and a little havoc, all mixed in. Be sure to lock your bike.
Love this place love going here with my wife for short vacation very fun and great vibes love the atmosphere
