Do not buy a bike from them I bought a new bike and not even 100 miles in and less than a week of owning the bike the battery dies and they don’t do returns and hardly help! 2k+down the drain

Received my bike had a couple issues with it but customer service has been on point helping me get issues taken care of. Garie has been my point of contact and has replied every single time I have emailed customer support. Bike is cheap but now that the issues have been resolved it runs like a $ 1900 bike should. It's a great daily commuter. By the way I purchased the 2023 x22 125 ninja full size motorcycle.

I was very paranoid, I was very cautious I even tried to get the local police in Anaheim to verify this company even existed. I placed my order 10 days later my mini 125 showed up at my door. Only a few tiny issues, like open the gascap if it won't start, sometimes vapor locks no biggie. As advertised 100 mpg. Runs great.adjustments I've done myself. Throttle cable, clutch etc only minor things to know.love it.

I was looking for a scooter for two years and the prices I had found everywhere were totally ridiculous but I found this place that I really recommend it to everyone who is looking for this motorcycle the experience was 100% all very nice reasonable prices for us who are starting drive in scooter I recommend it

Buy their e-grom at your own risk they offer the same generic version of the E grom that every other company offers. I paid for the bells and whistles including shipping insurance.

The bike came damaged and I needed to replace the fuse straight away, now it’s been about 7 months and the battery doesn’t hold a charge, the fan in the charger is out and I have a 3 year warranty but the process requires you to send a video of the issue and then you are left waiting.

I end up selling the bike at a severe loss because I just don’t have the time to waste.

Also the bike can’t be registered in New York so be wary of that as well.

While the customer service people are very nice and helpful the product stinks.

Bought the 2022 x22 for my wife to learn how to ride as it’s only 125cc and it looked pretty sleek. However, this bike has been nothing but issues from day one. The battery had to be replaced within the first ride due to it not wanting to stay charged, the rear brake had to be adjusted due to the brake constantly being engaged so the bike would lock up, the mph stopped showing due to wiring issues, the gear shifter had to be adjusted and sometimes is hard to shift, putting the gear in neutral is very complicated and frustrating sometimes, also the screws fell out of the carburetor during a test ride which caused fuel to dump all over the engine. I’ve had to have the bike towed twice due to issues costing almost what the bike cost to buy. This motorcycle is not worth the headache nor is it by any means safe to ride. I will admit that the response from the company is good but I shouldn’t have this many issues with a brand new motorcycle. My advise! It will cost you more money and time fixing this motorcycle every time you ride it vs spending a little more on something reliable. Stay clear from this manufacturer.

Vince helped me with everything from A-Z and the staff is really friendly and dedicated to the craft of building solid bikes. They also do oil changes for venom bikes! Definitely worth checking out. Pricing also better than 3rd party sites!
