3Karla was extremely accommodating, friendly, and informative. She spent over an hour with us, showing us all the units and trying to work with our specific situation. She gave us all the information we needed and was very forthcoming. The place and amenities are gorgeous and very clean. I would recommend checking this place out for anyone looking in the area!
Ventana Residences is a clean and well maintained community with state-of-the-art amenities. I have been particularly impressed with the staff, especially Karla and Melvin. They have been very responsive to my questions and have gone above and beyond to help me get settled in.
I have been working with Bobby P and I couldn't be happier with my experience. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the leasing process. He was patient with me as I deliberated on which unit to choose and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
I would say I am not an easy customer to deal with. I am really impressed with how responsive via emails, chat, etc.
I would recommend this place if you are looking for someone to walk you through the process.
They also have a lot of different benefits and parks and the pricing is a great value compared to other places!
