Wonderful place to get out during the summer and enjoy the pools, the lane pool is perfect for swimming laps and the water slides are fun. It's a really clean facility and always has been. You can't beat the price of admission, too.

Currently here and loving it. Many lifeguards around so definitely comfortable letting my kid roam around the park. The slides are fun, restrooms clean. Also, you can bring drinks and food in. So glad to have this place locally.

I am a mom to 7 children and have brought them all here and it is a very nice place to come together and have a nice family day to make memories there something for all ages to enjoy. There bathroom are clean and changing tents are convenient. They have life jackets if you forget one for the children. Staff are always pleasant

Such a great amenity for the city of Ventura. Beautiful pools, clean, lots of classes and activities, and a little mini water park!

This place has it all. A one stop site for aquatic needs for the entire family i.e swimming classes for kids and adults, aquatic aerobics, play time, drop in by appointment, every single day of the week. Plenty of parking and qualified swimming instructors.

Water is perfect. Facilities great, can be chilly. Crowding pre-covid was sometimes a problem. But the hours are non-existent, early and late, when people wih jobs are available.

Nice facility but only 3 stars for lack of common sense of Parks and Recreation decision makers relaxing distancing in long course pool as well as allowing lockeroom use beyond a quick run to use toilet. Communal showering and other activities which require extended periods of time in enclosed spaces seems like a recipe for covid transmission, esp since we are neither out of the woods with this pandemic nor have reached anywhere near herd immunity and newer strains are circulating. Other facilities are relaxing their distancing as well before June 1st when the whole state reopens which is also worrisome given what has happened with other states who have lowered or relaxed rules prematurely. JUS' SAYIN'

Beautiful and spacious park. Paved Walking trail around the park about 1.6. Soccer game’s and a swimming pool (which was not opened yet but probably once Covid dies down will reopen). As I walked I was cooled off by the breeze and enjoyed seeing the mountains. People are super friendly and spacious parking throughout.

Absolutely AMAZING place! Figures Ventura would have it. Sprawling land, beautiful pool, events, whatever you need! Whenever you come here, don't miss out! Come see this place!

I've spent so much time in these fields over the years. They upkeep it nicely and the kids enjoy playing soccer out here.

Was nice, plenty space to walk and run, few games. But still space enough to be respecting social distance. Grass was very wet and some areas muddy.
Walks were most of the time empty.

Enjoy the open air walking park. Very nice place to take a walk in the park, paved walk ways and different paths to walk.

Wasn't there for a swimming experience, it was youth soccer training for my 4 year old grandson. But it is a nice facility.

Pool and staff are great, but the new way of registering is awful, very hard to find availability and make reservations.

This is the only place to go, if you want to have a mini water park experience, locally. In ventura. Closed right now during Covid 19.

I come here regularly to swim for exercise since gyms are closed due to covid. They do a great job of rotating groups through so everyone gets 45 minutes to swim, 5 minutes to get dressed and out, which gives the next group time to get in and not interact with anyone. It's $5/visit which is very reasonable. My one gripe is that the online reservation system is super not user friendly and cumbersome to use. Really needs a redo. The facilities are clean and the staff are professional and friendly. Locker rooms are closed currently so there are only tents to change in, so FYI you may want to bring extra towels to drive home in.

We usually go there to play baseball with the family, there is people playing baseball, soccer, or I take the time to wallk/ run, they gave a really nice and long trail, is about 3 to 4 mikes I believe if you do the entire trail, you could either walk, bike or run, they have 2 sets of bathroom outside of the recreation, but be aware the ones on the side of the pool are not open cause of Covid19. But overall nice and clean park.

Nice place! But you need to clean up the mulch on side of the bathroom. Pretty bad when it starts smoking. Parking stalls need repainting.

Overall an excellent run facility. Staff is professional. Taxpayer funding seems to have decreased, as admission has gone up and operating hours being cut back. Camarillo pool much more affordable and less crowded.
