Kudos to this company, customer service is stellar, starting at the beginning with salesman Greg. I have had my issues with the driveway gate over the past few years. Out in the country equipment doesn’t always work as it should! The team at VCOD has been extremely helpful every time. Used Ventura County Overhead doors today to fix our eclectic gate in Santa Barbara. We had a appointment for tomorrow but they called and said they could come today. Jake was professional, friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about an hour. Will definitely use them again in the future.
