Parking right in front of the beach & very short distance to the pier! $2 for first hour!

A great spot for a walk anytime especially before the sunsets can be kind of busy on weekends and holidays but I have no complaints otherwise Restrooms are clean and available parking is somewhat easy to find and it’s never so crowded that it’s not enjoyable was once known as one of the longest wooden piers in California Was built originally in the 1800s

We felt like it was pretty COVID. Service was fast. Stock of cars was plenty. We showed up on time via airport shuttle and were driving off the lot within 15 minutes. Anyone who travels a lot the last couple years understands how unusual that has become. Good experience. All the staff we dealt with were curtious and friendly. That is also hard to come by when renting cars from most companies at LAX.

Nostalgic fishing pier in Ventura. Plenty of parking, restaurants, views, and beach to see and enjoy. Definitely worth a visit.

Have to get there early to find a spot and park. Bathroom at the pier were disgusting. Lines were huge and floor was completely wet. Want to say water but they smell said it was something else.

Nice place to spend time and relax. Pier can be windy and chilly in evening time. Go prepared with wind jackets and head gear for kids to keep them warm. Has couple of restaurants which serve fish items. There is a play area next to pier for kids to enjoy near beach.

One of the quietest beaches that I have been in. You can have a lot of activities here such as surfing, biking, skating, running and walking. Beach is not really clean for swimming but you can do other water activities. It is suitable for family members.

Beautiful view! Nice place to visit and enjoy some sunshine. There is a playground for the kids to play and pet friendly area as well. Order some drinks, sip back and relax!

Not the best around. But this an ideal place for the whole family. Fishing, swimming, Play ground and food

Average, as far as piers go, with a really excellent coastal playground where your kids can explore while you catch a moment of peace and communion with nature. Lover passed the sunset perched astride a pylon meditating on the events of the day and praying for a bright future for all.

The real reason to head to this area is the beach art. It’s especially magical at dusk when the sky turns pink and the air is sharp with salt. I swear the creatures come to life. Have you seen them moving? But seriously, who constructed this? It’s the best of my life.

New fishers here and there's a ton of fishing and great food available close and parking just as close.

Best pier in So. Cal. So much to do here. Park your car, and can walk everywhere you will want to go too.

This is a great spot. The only knock is on parking. The free parking is a bit far. But people are kind, for the most part, and the pier is relatively clear and accessible. There are great places to eat and drink on the pier for a reasonable price. There's even a little play ground for kids at the base.

The views from the pier and the beachfront are really a great sight to see. You can always feel a sense of calmness as you listen to the waves crash. It's perfect for a bike ride and even better for a nice run. Even during Covid, at times it is open enough to distance properly. More people should mask up though.
