Ventura Toyota

We are here at the dealership now. We made this appointment weeks ago for the 15,000 mile checkpoint and tire rotation. We have been here 2.4 hours waiting. Ridiculous. And we are traveling.

Highly recommend to go to Toyota in Ventura. Customer service was great! I got helped by Amber and she went above and beyond with me. She showed me my options and helped me narrow down until I chose the perfect one!

Deon Simpson was great, I was able to tell him what I wanted over the phone and he delivered more than I expected. Very quick and painless car buying experience.

Deon was able to help me out again with a new Sienna (hybrid!). We did most of the business over the phone, I spent a short time in the dealership finalizing the paperwork. 5 stars!

What a great experience! I shopped around at several locations in Ventura county until I landed at Ventura Toyota. I worked with Efren in the beginning then Linnaea. There was never any pressure to buy and there was never an issue with testing one car after another. I could not find a better deal anywhere in the county. Linnaea was great at showing cars, discussing inventory and she knew her craft well. I cannot believe how quick it was to buy my car when I actually nailed one down. What a great experience that was, especially working with the finance department. In and out. Proficiency at its best. After meeting with Efren and Linnaea in the beginning, my decision moving forward was to work exclusively with Ventura Toyota. My next car will be bought there as well. Thanks a bunch you guys!

I was in CA for just a short weekend getaway and thought it would be fun to test driver a new Camry since I am in the market and looking to purchase in the near future. When I got to Ventura Toyota, I was immediately greeted by Mike Atkins who showed me their large selection of Camrys and was very quick to get the keys so that we could go on a test drive. We worked up some numbers to see what i would be looking at once I was ready to purchase and he was able to go above and beyond to get me a fantastic deal. Tremendously great service at this dealership. I have never had as good of an experience at a dealership as this one before. Once I'm ready to purchase, I would find it worth it to go on the 6.5 hour drive from Phoenix in order to buy from Mike.

After coming from DCH Toyota of Oxnard and not being welcomed, Mario Romero made us feel much more confident from the start! He was so patient and not only showed us 1 but 3 cars before we decided on the correct one.helped us compare prices, and showed us all the options we had available.
