NEVER NEVER NEVER get a frigerator especially a FRIGIDAIRE fridge from this store. I got the fridge delivered on early September of 2023. It was a brand new out of the box, but few weeks later it started to make really loud noises and two days later it has no cold air. I had to trash ALL my food: (. The store did send a technician very quickly, but the night before I unplugged it and the next morning I plugged it in and it was working fine again, so the technician said he cannot do anything since he can’t see the issue. Mid November 2023, the fridge made loud noises again and shortly two days later it had no cold air. AGAIN, I had to trash all my food (see pictures) : (. It was a holiday weekend, so I didn’t get a phone call back until early Monday Morning. The rep was great trying to help me. As of today 11/20/23 and close to Thanksgiving, I don’t have a working fridge. I’m in my early fifty, and I have NEVER had this horrendous experienced with other fridgerators. I’m distraught beyond words.: (: (: (

Overall great experience. However they gave me the wrong washer / dryer and I had to go back and pick up the the correct ones. I will be back for a fridge, hope it’s the right one.

We bought all our appliances a year ago. Our sales guy was Dennis. He help us out with what manufacturers to go with. He was knowledgeable and friendly, we trusted his judgment. For the kitchen we went with frigidaire gallery. We purchased a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave and dual oven. For the washer and dryer we went with Maytag frontloaders. I believe it was Chris who was our installer. Our counter needed to be cut so the cooktop could fit. Also the cabinet where the ovens went needed to be modified as well. He was also friendly and did a fantastic job. All appliances still work fine. Money well spent at a local buisness. Very happy customers! I recommend Ventura TV Video Applliance!

Went by to look at the refrigerators met Andre sales and he gave us a look at what they had to offer, very well versed, no high pressure sales.ended up buying from him. The store is very well kept, clean and everyone we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoy Tony

Don’t buy here take your business to Home Depot or Best Buy where they will take return of something even if scratched up on sides

Great Place to buy appliances. We recently did a exclusive Kitchen Remodel Mr Raffi & his team went above & beyond. Pricing was very excellent & he was very accommodating when the warm drawer did not fit. He took the appliance back and exchanged it for the appropriate size for the cabinets on a rush order. Just spent almost 2000 on a washer and dryer and was told if any problems they would send someone out well washer is not rinsing and I called and they’re telling me I have to wait for the manufacture to get a hold of me and send someone out only had the set for a lil more than a month

Besides the 30% interest rates and faulty devices being sold the staff tend to be rude and pushy!

I went there to buy a new washer and dryer. I chose Amana brand. The sales man told me that it has auto sensing. The only thing is that the auto sensing only fills to a certain level no matter how large or smalll to of a load. I decided yo call. I spoke to Memo he said that's what you get when you buy cheap. I can't return. Wish I could. He knew this and never told me

Husband got antenna pole, did not have the size he want, but got a better deal for much larger pole for the same price as the small one.

I bought a washer and dryer brand Electrolux. I was given a lemon dryer that makes a loud noise. I told the supervisor if he could give me a new dryer because the one they gave me made a loud noise. He said he would send out a person to fix my dryer after 5 months the dryer is starting to make a loud noise again. The washer is ok, but I am definitely dissatisfied with the lemon dryer they sold me.

Really good place get your television or washing machine and dryer! I love the fact that it's in the community it's in.some people don't want to go to a "large" store such as Walmart or home depot.this store is conveniently located with amazing prices! Whatever appliance you're looking for you won't get it any cheaper than what you'll get it for here!
