Best Experience ever, purchased my car in a few minutes by text and eSign.easy no hassle, we needed a Family car and the Atlas was the one, we drive test almost all the other family cars in the market and the Atlas Rline SEL 4Montion was the BEST in its class. LOVE IT!

Brandy assisted me in the service department. She made my visit / repair easier by loaning me a car so I would not be sitting in the dealership. I had a very busy schedule and she understood my circumstances. She was also flexible about the return time and took into consideration the long distance (and consequently traffic) I had to travel.

I made an appointment for an oil change on Monday, for that Friday at 12: 00pm, when I brought the vehicle in they had no record of the appointment. Did not get the vehicle back until 4: 30pm that day. The service department girl was very nice & helpful in showing me a couple items I didn't know how to work.

I just bought my first brand new car at Ventura Volkswagen it’s an Atlas Cross Sport 2023.
It was one of my best buying experiences EVER! When I pulled into the lot I was not bombarded by salesman right off. It was really nice to be able to go walk around look at cars without being followed around.
Once I kind of knew what I wanted to look at, we went to locate a sales person. My boyfriend brought back Geo who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot new and used.
Geo was very patient with me and let me take drives on a few different cars. I was still not sure which vehicle I wanted. I believe Francisco the GM approached me and my boyfriend inside us down and just kind of went through of the pros and cons of what I was looking for and a vehicle. I could tell Francisco knew I was overwhelmed. Our sales person Geo excused himself and introduced Chad to us who took over for Geo to meet with another client that he had an appointment with. Francisco showed us on paper a used car vs.a new car. It was obvious that I was going to go new. Chad then brought me two vehicles to test drive. As we were test driving Chad explained all the technology went over the whole car with me. It was really nice experience now I had to choose which one I wanted. I ended up picking the four-cylinder instead of the six cylinder.now I went to Finance and met Mason. Super super nice guy answered all my questions. It went so smoothly. I was in and out of finance never have. I had that happen before and I have bought plenty of cars in my life, after I walked out with all my paperwork, Chad took me to my brand new Volkswagen atlas and showed me how to sync my phone and some other great features on the car.
I highly recommend Ventura Volkswagen all the guys and gals are so extremely nice and helpful. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or that all they were interested in is making a sale. I really felt they wanted me to be in the best car possible for my price range.
I want to applaud everyone involved in making my sales experience so extremely amazing at Ventura Volkswagen! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For my first appointment, which I scheduled online after being invited to do so via email, I drove all the way to Ventura to be told by an exceptionally rude service advisor that VW did not service iD4s on the weekend and that it was my error that I had relied on the online appointment system. Another representative then called me to invite me to bring my car in, and told me that I should ignore whatever the first representative had told me. When I finally got to take my car in for service and recall work, it took several weeks with no updates until the day the car was ready for collection. When I got the car home I found the service light was still on. Very disappointed and it makes it hard to recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have to say that my purchase was easy; I have to thank Clayton, Adrianna, and Francisco for making it quick and straightforward, not having me wait, and making sure I was happy simultaneously. Adrianna did not sell me anything extra I did not want or push hard but was kind enough to explain what she thinks was essential for everyday wear and tear on the car; I love that, and she informed me on what is suitable for me. She also ensured I was comfortable and understood every document I signed to close out the purchase. I have to thank Clayton for sending me his number to contact him when coming to see the car I desire, getting the car I wanted to be fueled, cleaned, and ready to go before I even committed, and asking all the right questions about what I need and want in a car. Francisco for listening to me when I told him what my maximum was for my payment and keeping me under that and even making sure I knew my options for what I could do for the vehicle I desired and trying to offer me a sports Jetta to get more bang for my bucks even though I did not want it. Still, I made sure I was aware of all my options. These three people made it easy, but I am sad I cannot give five stars due to two employees I encountered that day before my purchase, Brandi and Estefania. They seemed like they did not love what they did, gave me a lot of attitudes, and were not at all welcoming when I took my vehicle to get an oil change. I was upset that I could not get a rental as I am not from the area and wanted to see what was around and use my time wisely. I was given such a big pushback and was not at all aware that I was going to be in that area waiting on my car for 2 hours when I asked for an update, Brandi gave me attitude when saying it would be done soon when she then walked me over to checkout desk it seemed like Estefania was not happy to see me when checking out like they were talking about me. This makes me unhappy, and the Ventura location was given a four-star rating.

When I made an appointment for my battery recall, I was told the service would take 11 eleven hours, or two days. It ended up taking 2 weeks and I never received any updates. The service department stated there was only one battery tech for the area. If this is the case, they should not accept cars that they do not have the time to service, or they should make the driver aware of the actual repair time.

I chose a 5 star because everytime I go into VW (I believe I'm on my 8th lease) I am met with a very friendly crew member (Brandy) and am able to work in the waiting room which is a very pleasant environment. They get the work done in a reasonable time, which I appreciate. I will continue to lease my cars with VW. Excellent job!

I chose this rating because of the amazing customer service I received from Victor Vallejo. He went above and beyond anything I would expect from customer service nowadays. He is a valuable asset to VW and should be promoted if possible! I know I will continue to take my business to VW of Ventura because of him.

Today I got my new Volkswagen ID 4 Pro and Victor & Ryan were just amazing! I’ve never had a good experience shopping for cars, and these 2 guys were more than amazing and fast. PLEASE! If you need help with anything, please ask for Victor (Sales Person) and Ryan (finance). They will treat you like family.

Every person in that dealership from service to sales informed me about the quality of the Volkswagen atlas cross sport 2.6 L engine phenomenal customer service there. Brandi, in service, explained in detail all of the SUVs, so that I could choose the one that fits my desires. Conrad was so helpful and professional in the sales department. YOU will not go wrong at Ventura Volkswagon: really good people.
Clayton is Conrad’s assistant and he explained everything about the vehicle to me, including his hard work of prepping the vehicle for when I drove it off a lot. Great bunch of professionals here.

Everyone at VW has been very nice and helpful!

Clayton has been my go-to from day one, and really understands all things VW. He is very professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I would give Clayton 5 stars in product knowledge, attention to customers needs and overall great work ethic!

Mason and Simon have also been great!
Excellent customer service!

Called the service department last week to see about a estimate to replace the possible bad usb port in my VW Golf.
I was on hold for over 30 mins until the receptionist said that the manager was with another customer and asked for my contact information and would get a call back. After I have my info, never got a call back.
I thought I could try again the other day (a week later), but same result with less hold time.
Irritating but can understand if they were busy, but thought I would get a call back

Great Salesman. Victor was very helpful. I gave 4 stars vice 5 as we were time constrained and did not intend to finish the purchase on that visit but rather get it started to then return. They insisted we had time so we started the process of the sale. We have young children who we needed to pick up from school. We said we had to leave by a certain time. As we were doing the paperwork, the individual made a comment to the effect of 'buying a car isn't like buying a toaster'. I know this and felt a bit patronized. I understand this which is why upfront I said we'd need to return to finish the process. I understand people have second thoughts so you want to close the deal but I was willing to leave a downpayment and come back in a few hours. We finished the rushed process 15 minutes later than we said we needed to leave and had to speed on the 101 the 30 miles back to our kids school. Also, in our rush to sign, I forgot to ask for the standard military discount and we missed some extras that we didn't want, like the $105 first aid kit that we could buy at REI for $20. Overall everyone was friendly, I just regret being rushed at the end.

Sales process is fine, I like how straight forward the sales agent. However, i was given a car that is not charged, only 19% battery life. I was expecting while i’m with the finance manager, the car is being charged since when we test drive it, there was a notification that it needs to be charged. Disappointed that once you agree with the sale, the quality of being taking care of goes down immediately.

Was driving in from Arizona and my VW golf overheated do to coolent leak. Took my car in and saw Brandi. They replaced the coolent reservoir and said that was the problem. Was driving home and again car overheated do to coolent leak. Took it into Chapman vw in Scottsdale where I live. They said the reservoir cap was never replaced and that was the issue. Another $200 diagnostic fee! Ive called Brandi 3 different times since with zero return calls. The worst.

Ventura VW has been great from start to finish. I have purcahsed 2 vehicles through them and I have been a very happy customer with both vehicles. Ryan N.is awesome, extremely professional and knowledgeable and always there for me when I had questions.

Their service department is on point, courteous, professional and helpful. Brandi in the service department always makes me feel special, she is sweet, attentive and always provides exceptional customer service. If her manager is reading this, give her a raise boss!

Everyone else I have encountered at the dealership has been great. Keep up the great work and thank you for always taking care of me.

Our experience was excellent until we got to the finance dept. Mason did a great job and was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Would have been 5 stars if Mason or his brother handled the last stage through finance.
The person we worked with in finance was not as professional and used unwelcomed tactics to push the warranty. This was a purchase for my daughters first car so she participated throughout the whole process for the experience. She also did not like the finance process or tactics used to sell a warranty. We were open to purchasing a warranty but became uncomfortable and suspicious. Even my 17 year old daughter said "that didn't seem right? " as we discussed the transaction later.
Still very happy with Ventura VW! Low pressure, comfortable atmosphere, they worked quickly but did not rush us and made us a very good deal.

Leased a new car. They worked hard to match my numbers. Got a big discount. Sales people were very friendly Armando & Ryan. Finance guys Sean & Conrad too. I went in based on a referral from 2 good friends who ran had night Tiguans here last year and have had good relationships. There referral seemed to make a difference!

The last three visits have been horrible, my vehicle gets hijacked every time I bring it in. The cost to replace a battery is absolutely insane of which was replaced during the last visit. Very poor communication from the Service Advisor (s), each of the last three visits I had to initiate the conversation to receive updates on when my vehicle would be complete.
