It is definitely a reliable place with very good customer service. They are always willing to help and dedicate the necessary time to each client.
My experience this far has had ups and downs. On the one hand everyone has been very polite and cordial. On the other hand, when I received my car the horn didn’t work although my paperwork said everything has been checked out. Instead of excitingly taking my car home, i drove it straight to their service department and i sure hope the car i paid thousands for is fixed soon. Soooo disappointing! And now that this unexpected experience occurred, I am now scared of what else could b mistakenly wrong at Oxnard Mitsubishi. So… mixed review.
