Venture X offers a comfortable spot to work at. The lounge is well-decorated with splashes of greenery. The location provides a welcoming place to get things done. Joaquin’s attitude is always positive and I love talking with him. I came by for a networking event and I continuously find myself coming back to the location. My productivity is noticeably different from when I am at home. John ensures that everyone within the space is taken care of.

Venture X Scripps Ranch has an excellent work-space atmosphere. It's modern, sleek, well-lit, and has outstanding amenities. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure things run smoothly and workers have everything they need. My productivity has starkly increased since I began working out of this location.

I'd been looking for a reliable office space for awhile prior to discovering VentureX. John and Joaquin were extremely helpful in walking me through everything and still are to this today, always accommodating to make the experience here as best as it can be. Also love how office reservations are not required to be 6 mo/1 year and very flexible to accommodate for different needs. Would highly recommend!

Venture X is a fantastic space. We hosted an event for the International Association of Women there and our guests all loved the space. John was great to work with in the process and we look forward to coming back.

Excellent co-working space. Lots of offices, open desks, seriously quiet phone booths for private calls and conference rooms for small and large meetings. John and Joaquin are supportive and helpful.
Plenty of free parking and FWY close.

This space is amazing! I looked for co-works near me and I was so glad that I came across this one because it's one of the nicest, friendliest spaces I have been to. Joaquin was incredibly helpful and gave me a tour of the space. It's super spacious, there's delicious Cider on tap, snacks, and coffee machine. Everyone around me was kind, incredibly smart and driven. Overall just a great culture of folks and a beautiful space to get work done.

A beautiful space with top notch amenities. All of the desks are adjustable sit/stand desks. The space is quiet so you can concentrate or take calls. But also has plenty of other folks in the office in case you feel like chatting or taking a break. The owners are very accommodating and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. There is a nursing room for mothers and an outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

In town for a business trip during the week, and I decided to work out of one of the newer flex office spaces in the area. I’d heard from colleagues that had come through before that some of the incumbent brands and their locations were either dated spaces or not great for taking meetings or focused work due to soundproofing. Will definitely be working out of Scripps Ranch Venture X on future trips. Completely revamped, modern space with plenty of small and large offices. The staff and main area were super welcoming. There was convenient access to free coffee (beans were dope), tea and snacks. I believe all the offices had standing desks, which was great. Even with decent foot traffic in the office, noise was a non-issue. A lot of great food options nearby and close to major highways, so it was easy traveling to and from.

Venture X is an outstanding workspace. Modern, clean, inviting, with all the amenities. I highly recommend them!
