7Simple coworking in PB. Was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Ray was very responsive and got me set up within minutes, even while he was traveling.
Overall great! Looking for a neat and quiet space to get some work done in Pacific Beach then Venture Beach is an absolute must! Ray is the owner and he is a great guy and always eager to help if you need anything at all. I love this place because of the location and also my private office space was awesome! I was working here out of my private office for a little over two years and everything about it is simply delightful. You also have the option to use some of the common co work areas which is great. You have everything you need here from a common area printer to a paper shredder and any other office supplies you might need even a small kitchen area where you can brew some coffee or tea and there's also a microwave and refrigerator. The place is clean and everyone here is friendly and keeps to themselves. You definitely want to check this place out! It's also really close to the beach and steps away from so many places to eat on Garnet. You'll love this place.
Easy to setup and good location.
Setup a private office with a large monitor for a week while visiting the area. Worked out perfect. Walking distance to my rental and all that PB has to offer. Ray was great to work with.
The gentleman who helps run this is an awesome entrepreneur, marketer, and all around great guy! The price is amazing for being on such an awesome busy business district in walking distance from the beach!
Was looking for a place where i can actually be productive (aka NOT a coffee shop), to run workshops, zoom, use whiteboards, around the beach area.
Found it.
And.i believe it's about the personal connection. I am remote and travel all the time, and like flexibility. Ray has supported me, and he is this awesome thing called AVAILABLE AND RESPONSIVE.
Shared office space, sounds like great idea for affordable rent, but some rooms have no windows which is little bit odd. Also parking issue - there is available parking, $5/hour and some street parking but street parking pretty limited.
