4 My in-laws had a leak from their refrigerator and got the drywall and cabinets wet. We called USAA and the next day JJ showed up from Venturi Restoration. He handled the mitigation and made everything easy.
JJ was very professional and understanding of my in-laws special needs because of their fragile health. JJ and his co workers did an awesome job of protecting existing kitchen appliances during demo and a great job cleaning up. Overall my in-laws and I are completely satisfied with everything JJ did for the mitigation. Thank you JJ!
JJ made it easy and helped us in a hard time for us with the water heater accident. Let me know what to expect before everything happened. Did the work efficiently and dried everything out and cleared out the damaged floors and walls. Took all the stress away of the situation and I trusted they would do an awesome job which they did. Would recommend for anyone that unfortunately needs to use their service.
I dealt with JJ who was very responsive he dealt with my problems of mold from water damage in a timely manner and followed up when he said he would and was always on time. I would use them again.
