Deceptive pricing. Their pedicure price for the basic says that it includes exfoliation service, however they tried to upsell my 89-year-old mother by telling her she needed work on her heels and offered her the higher priced service. When I pointed out that their basic pedicure service lists exfoliation service they said that it did not although it stated on the price list. It really burns me up when places pressure you to spend more but it especially burns me up when they're taking advantage of seniors! I will never go there again because of this. Either fix your price list or give the service that you list on your price list!

I won’t be coming back here again. The lady that did my full set wasn’t understanding that I wanted my nails short and the shape square. I had to tell her so many times how I exactly I wanted them. She kept saying how they were already square & how much more square do you want them? I started to get frustrated because I’m paying you to do my nails why can’t you just do them how I want them? She also had said she was new which I didn’t mind at all but you aren’t going to get very far if you argue with the clients. Also this place DOES NOT seem sanitary. The tools look old and they most likely don’t clean them.

I do not support businesses that have horrible customer service like Venus Nail Spa. I got a pedicure yesterday and was extremely unsatisfied! The lady that did it, didn't shape or cut down my toenails, the polish was left on my skin and she barely scrubbed/massaged my feet. What's the point of me paying to have a service like this done? I can bend over and polish my own toes if that's the case. When I expressed how unpleased I was, she told me that my toenails were not long. These are my toes and if I want them cut, that's your job. Management didn't even do anything after I complained to them. They want the money but don't want to do the work. Those pictures were taken once I got home after leaving Venus Nail Spa (A MESS!) I will NEVER go here again!

They do an amazing job with doing whatever style you want done that is in their abilities but it can be a little pricey and I went their a few days ago to get my nails done and they said that they were closed and to come back the next day even though they didn't close till seven thirty so that was irritating but other than that great service and end products.

Came in for a mani-pedi. The girl that did my pedicure was cool, I got a basic with french tip. Now the girl that did my nails ruined the tip for both of them and I almost left mid- manicure (of course paying for my services received) but I knew I wasn't gonna be too much longer. When I sat down I told her I wanted regular gel manicure she asked if I wanted a full set I told her no. She goes and gets the color chart but it's for powder gel and she's trying to pretty much upsell me and telling me the benefits of powder gel. I didn't need/want all that (Really just came because my nail cuticles stick out and become sore). So she's saying "powder gel better, last longer much much better etc. " I'm still telling her I want regular gel and so we're just staring at each other so I ask" your telling me I can't get regular gel? " She huffs and puffs has an attitude then goes to get me the regular gel color chart. I'm simple chose my color within seconds and she goes to work.mid way through my manicure she asks again "you want gel!? " And I'm like for the 5th time YESS! I already told you what number/color I wanted so why are we still on this subject? I didn't catch her name but it's the lady with the Bob and glasses. Won't be back.

Unless a customer asks you what lasts longer or what do you recommend keep them to yourself. I know what I wanted nothing less nothing more. Then she doesn't even make my nails the same length, some are long some stop at my finger ‍️

Really needed a full today, made an appointment for 11: 30am. I sat and waited for 30min and no one helped me. Sad, because I wanted to try this place out but I don't have time to wait for so long when I made an appointment to ensure to avoid this waiting time. Thanks anyway Tran!

I went to this place all Venus nails are terrible the service is horrible none of them were able to give me ombré nails. My toes look like the paint was just piled on into a blob. They didn’t even cover the whole nail with polish. I had a appointment at 3: 00 and they didn’t attend me until two hours later plus waited another 1: 30 for my nails just for them to tell me that no on3 knows how to do a basic ombré nails they tried charging me $140 for very short nails and $42 nails for just gel and exfoliating they didn’t even provide me the the whole routine that was said on the book. After telling me they couldn’t do ombre they refused my service and i left with just the arcylic nail glued not even powder or polish. I hate this place terrible go to polished nails Instead staff here are so amazing and way cheaper they do an amazing job and can do cool designs

Professional, clean, and calm setting! Staff is very polite and welcoming. They took my mother and I as walk ins, which was awesome bc it was our first time there. Debbie did a great job on my nails. Will keep going back for sure!

The WORST nail experience I have EVER had in my life. All the nails are uneven. She took off the acrylic off my toe and handed it to me instead of throwing it away. Then on my other foot, I asked her repeatedly to remove the acrylic on my left foot and she kept making excuses as to why she couldn't do a service i was paying for. She then cut much of my nail off leaving a nub on my right foot and a grown out acrylic nail on the left. When i brought it up to the manager, all he did was give us $5 off.

I always get my nails done here! VINCENT is the most amazing, talented, nails artist. He can do anything you want. He has the most steady hand for designs and is very kind and is always willing to go above and beyond. Check him out!

Vincent and the owner are super amazing.all staff here haven’t ever disappointed me. I promise it’s very hard to please me especially with nail salons but THIS ONE is my top favorite.super respectful.super professional.i love it here.

Linn is the best she do my eyelashes and eye brows I love the work she do. I recommend her for any service. Her customer service is almost. She makes me feel very comfortable and she goes above and beyond!

I’ve been coming here for a good while now and they get me right every single time. I walk out happy with my service and recommend whoever I know that enjoys acrylics to go to them. Personally James is my favorite but I’ve gotten service from Mary Lynn, and another girl named Cindy. They all do a great job and it’s worth the price. I get very “extravagant” nails and whatever I ask for, they do or try to their best ability and I’m never upset with the results. Below is a picture of my most recent set

My wife highly recommends Lynn, she is the very BEST! We have gotten spa pedicures together and they are clean and always do there very best. My wife loves getting her lashes and dip powder done on her nails by Lynn. She take the absolute best care of her. I highly recommend this place.

Came in to get a dip powder set removed.i had one girl start filing my nails and then she switched me to another girl not once but twice. One of the girls seemed to be irritated with the fact that i only had my set on for a week (not by choice but i got them for vacation and needed them off for work) my nails were left feeling rough and uneven.when it was time for me to pay she told me that they didn’t take card if the service was under 10$ and i didn’t bring cash with me.definitely not going back

Just left the salon. I adore my nails.its my 2nd time here and I was very happy both times.got a fill with designs on 10 fingers and pedicure for under $100.

I was a walk-in on October 6,2021 and they took me in fast which was nice but unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable while getting my nails done. A man did them and he was sitting next to another nail lady who’s attitude was clearly seen while she was doing another’s girls nails. I want short nails and I wanted them from dark brown to light (Last photo is my inspo pic) they looked annoyed that I wanted this and even told me to “hurry up and pick a color because he had an other appointment”. The whole time I was there they spoke in there language and I know it was about their paying customers. I felt rushed and you can see this guy rushing to finish my nails. Also super expensive for a poor service and quality. I paid $53! NEVER Going here ever again.

Amazing service we got the volcanic spa pedicure and it did not disappoint. The boyfriend is a construction worker and had a little fungus on his toes, they cut it out and applied a special treatment, they look 100% better and are maintaining nicely. We will definitely be back

I gave this place multiple opportunities. My recent visit will be my last. I went in for a pedicure and a fill with a change of color. My pedicure was given with minimum effort. Worst massage I've had in a long time. Next, I asked for a yellow color and they only had two options for me to pick from and neither of which I wanted. Next I compromised and switched the color for my manicure and asked for a Daisy to be drawn. I'll add a photo of my “daisy”. This place provides sloppy work.
