Not safe place, workers are very aggressive and stolen your money, extra charges every month, trash, poo, and P dogs every where at the complex, when you move from there they will charge you a lot money

This place is not safe for white people and no one cares! If you have a white skin color, be prepared for the fact that they will throw stones at you and beat your children! I’m already silent about packages from Amazon that are stolen 5 minutes after they were delivered. The gates do not close, cars are stolen, there are no security cameras! Better find yourself a quieter place to stay!

Very poor management.
The leasing office is always close the staff rarely show up.they don’t answer the phone in office and never call back.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE?

TO GO SEE IF I CAN RENT AN APARTMENT & THERE SAYING THAT THERES A UTILITY ALLOWANCES WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT SOME ONE TELL ME

I currently live here. My first unit here had mold so I was moved to a different unit which had mice roaches and a ruined ac unit which leaked water all through our apartment for the past two years now I am currently working with code enforcement to manage the problem so I guess I will be living here until I can get code enforcement out here. Also we have faulty electrical wiring which means anytime we use certain outlets the whole places power goes out. So we are told not to use those outlets and everytime I call them they will hang up halfway through a conversation on more than one occasion.
