Update your new schedule on your website not on your door. Not everybody lives in that area to be aware of your new schedule. Had to spent money on uber to get there and this is what happened

Helpful and kind - very much, on both counts. The shop didn't have much in stock so I was forced to postpone my planned upgrade, but it's about to be renovated, so. Besides the team member helped with an alternative.

Came in to switch my phone yesterday, was greeted by Juan. Such a friendly and helpful employee! He made sure everything went smoothly and even remembered who we were when we called today to get some more information!

Apparently this store can't be called? Their phone number goes to an automated system and eventually dumps you out into the general customer service line. Kind of a bad look for a phone store to not have the ability to be called.

We had a very horrible experience with the employees at this Verizon location. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, had absolutely no people skills, and his customer service was terrible. They were more worried about making quotas than helping their own customers of over 12 years with Verizon. They added an additional line to my plan when all we went in for was for a phone upgrade. They made it seem as if this was the only option if we wanted to upgrade. After we got home we saw online we still had the old number active and they had billed an additional line to the new phone, not to mention they rushed us out and did not transfer any data from the old phone to the new one, so at this point we now have multiple phone lines
When returned the next day, to return the new phone for a refund and get my old phone back, they refused to cooperate, We were there for hours just to clear up the situation. In all my years with Verizon I have Never experienced such a horrible event in upgrading a darn phone.

Hello Sir/madam, I ordered the iphone to my country.the guy who chatted with me firstly told the price is 55k and after the partial payment is done he begin the process but when the package is arrived to spain the person still asked for 20k for insurance purposed i paid it as well again when it arrived to pakistan the person asked 30k for custom charges. In total i had paid 60k instead of i have to pay only 55k i did paid 5k extra for that now the package is arrived to india and the person is asking for 50k which is just like doing fraud. I dont like the service you provide to the online buyers. Hope you guys solve this problem. Bad experience ever.

If you want to be ripped off by a lying salesman then please go ahead.
I was sold on a cell phone with charges agreed - when i receive the bill totally wrong and more expensive than i had signed for - included insurance when i did not want it.
RIP OFF MERCHANTS WITH SMILING FACES

I inquired about nurses discount - we have 2 nurses on the plan. Went through nurse validation and was automatically signed up for so-called "discount" AND it increased my bill $20! I had already had an employee discount and WHAT COMPANY automatically switches you to a higher bill when acting like they're doing you a favor! I had no opportunity to review what it would do to my bill or confirm its indeed what I wanted. WOW lousy "thanks" form Verizon during Covid. SO BEWARE OF SO CALLED OFFERS from Verizon.

I just had the best experience working with David and his associates at this Verizon branch. They made my experience completely seamless and help me accomplish multiple things on my checklist of things to do in one fell swoop. I'm a busy business owner so the professionalism and care with which they treated me really made my day! Thank you!

Horribly rude and unconcerned staff. Emma and Shanelle both ignored me and told me that they did not need to help me and they will stay on their phones if they want. This stores leadership is obviously out of touch with his employees regard for customer service. Avoid at all costs unless you wish to be disrespected by the lazy staff here.

Complete lack of service and competence. They do not want to help you unless you're buying a phone. If they only knew that sales reps used to make $80,000/yr and now make half that, I could only imagine how much worse this place would be but they have to be all new reps since the old, good ones, left who were happy and good since they made real money. DO NOT take any accessory recomendations from them as they will sell you the most expensive product you do not need and if you don't get a 25% off discount, also do not buy. If they tell you to go home and back up your iphone on itunes and they can't help, that is a LIE and they just want to skip you to get to someone they can sell a phone to. Trust me, I used to do the job and was great at it and helped customers. AVOID

I would love to give NEGATIVE STARS.
Terrible customer service. My father doesn't speak great english due to it being his second language. When my father arrived to the store asked why his bill was so high (500+ for a family plan) simply wanting to know what were included, a woman named Emma helped him. She was extremely rude to him and said, that the reason his bill was so high was because, "That is your bill" and offered no further explanation. I tried to speak english with her on the phone and I first asked her name. Instead of give her name she then asked with attitude "What is your name? " I told her what my name was and I was helping my father since he has hard time speaking english and she wouldn't answer my questions since I wasn't the name on the account, even though I was just trying to translate for my father.

Then a women name Sharon who provided extremely great customer service and explained everything. I am very glad I didn't renew my account which I will be changing to a different phone service and my won't be renewing our service.

Called ahead of time to make sure I could exchange a faulty product at the store. I was told I could. When I arrived, I was told I could not make the exchange and was offered no further help.

Most disrespectful staff I have ever experienced, period. The manager looked at me at specifically said he wouldn't help me. And then placed his headphones back in. I said wait a minute, I'm a paying customer, it's your job to help me. He refused and then kicked me out of the store. This makes me consider leaving verizon wireless

This is the worse store and i had very bad experience with the store. They dont know whats the customer service and how to talk with customers. They have very bad attitude. I am trying to get new lines 4 days and because of the store i cant get them.

I just called this Verizon store and the girl I spoke to was very helpful. I can do everything online except I have to come in so they can check my credit. I was impressed with her knowledge and she answered every question I had. I had a Good experience here.
