Parking is a nightmare, not the best but not the worst neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and proffesional

It's usually busy but the employees are always professional, courteous and efficient. I usually just go to pay my bill but I don't hesitate to go there when I have a technical issue, which was the case the last time I was there.

These guys are a real Verizon store. Go here instead of a kiosk or similar place. Ask first if it's a real Verizon store! Thank you Julius.

This store makes everything harder. First, I waited for a rep even though at least two staff were on their phones not paying attention to customers. All I needed was a SIM card for my new phone. When a rep finally came to help, she couldn't explain why my old SIM card didn't work in my new phone even though they're the same size. She also couldn't simply provide one to me even after I gave her my telephone number and followed the tedious steps for her to gain access to my account (Verizon, am I really going to hold everyone up while I read the terms of service on the risks of your own staff accessing my account? Maybe screen them better instead of holding me responsible for their failures!). When I've needed a new SIM card from AT&T in the past (several times with a corporate account at work), it was as easy as providing the telephone number to the account. They scanned it to associate it with the line and I was on my way. Verizon and this store make everything harder!

Do not go to this store unless you want your account with Verizon completely messed up in a way that even they cannot fix themselves. The first person I dealt with was si busy running out the door at the end of the day, she almost threw my new device at her manager. The manager tried to help but even she could not undo the damage that the first woman did. Now I'm stuck in Verizon limbo with no access to my account, no service, and no solution from anyone at Verizon. It is entity the fault of the staff at this store. Don't go here, you will regret it.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE HERE! Julius is awesome and I am so happy we decided to come here. We ordered 3 brand new phones and accounts with them.

PROS
-Outstanding customer service with Julius! He is so friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, helped us with everything we needed and extremely competent.
-Our order took awhile but it was worth it because we also opened a new line for my mom & upgraded her phone.
-Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful.
-EXCELLENT trade in deals
-we got free Hulu, Disney & ESPN with our accounts
-WE RECEIVED OUR NEW PHONES THE NEXT DAY!
-EXCELLENT customer service when calling in with any issues or problems. They follow up with you and follow through.

Verizon is and will always be the best phone company. They have the BEST customer service when you have an issue or need tech support.

Julius was the best phone service representative I have ever encountered at any location. He helped everyone in line as quickly as he could. He expedited quick issues. He walked through my issue completely. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the process.

Quite poor customer service. The representative did nothing to troubleshoot my issue and then go upset with me when he assumed I had tried every step (charging with a wireless charger, which I don't own). He rushed me through the process without telling me anything about what he was doing which resulting in a massive error. I required a new phone through my warranty and he put in the order for the wrong phone. To be more specific, he ordered me an original Pixel while I was returning a Pixel 3. Just insane lack of attention to detail. If he had slowed down and actually worked with me this easily could have been avoided - but again, he rushed me through and didn't tell me what he was doing. So now I get to call customer service (wait 45 min on the phone) to return this incorrect replacement, and wait another several days for the correct version. Thanks guys.
As an addendum: it wasn't busy, there was no line to worry about, etc.

We spent over an hour in the store. In that time, Giovanni did not active our phones, did not port over our numbers, and set us up with the wrong phone plan.

I recommend doing everything online and avoiding going in person at all costs.

I purchased a mobile hotspot, new phone and added an additional line. The team was so patient and helpful with me! I will most definitely do business with them again.

A+! Returned to being a Verizon customer after 20 years. Ordered my wife's new iPhone 11 (red) last night online and picked it up today. Great help from staff. Friendly. Socially distanced protocols in place.

Terrible terrible customer service! Don't bother making an appointment! You show up and the only thing they can do is hand you a limited supply of phones and then tell you that YOU have to add all your information from your old phone on to which ever phone you decide to buy! Shameless customer service. I'm so supportive of people keeping their jobs in this climate, but this service, was dreadful! What's the point staying open if you are not able to do anything!

I'm from out of town, came in to the store because I needed replace a phone that broke while I was traveling. The level of service at this store far exceeds anything I have seen anywhere: There was no waiting, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, everything I needed was in stock, no one tried to upsell me and they completed what turned out to be a very complicated data transfer perfectly. The most stellar part of the experience was the service provided by Julius - who stuck with us the whole time, managing every part of the process with patience and professionalism, and in the process found ways to save me lots of $$$$$!

Unfortunately, you're better off doing whatever you need to do online.sales reps are ignorant to any online promotions and are likely to misrepresent true costs.
