Edwin the solutions manager helped us trouble shoot our iPhone, I really appreciate his patience with our situation and really making the attempt to fix our phone. The people are all very helpful!

Went into upgrade 3 phones and 2 tablets, but was rudely refused service. I will no longer shop at this location and will be switching mobile providers after 18 years. Hello Sprint or AT&T

Their store is very nice and well kept. And their product lineup is good as well as having helpful customer service. However, the wait to get inside was quite long and the workers seems rushed after a certain point. They seem understaffed. Or their employees are only suppose to be with customers for so long. My other big complain is how the employee that helped us was not forthcoming with the total cost of the services and products we got. Instead of doing everything as one transaction, we finished one part and then was charged separately for another part that was not mentioned beforehand.

Employee was rude. There was no advisal that the purchase was cheaper online. Was told wait would be 10 min and it was an hour. There were several employees in the store and only 2, one with me, were occupied.

RARELY take (or, even have) a moment to actually write a review, but whenever I have/do, it's because I was struck in such a way (by someone/something) that I feel OVERWHELMINGLY compelled to take a moment to express my EXTREME GRATITUDE, offer PRAISE & (in this case) give a man his due. JEFF, again, I want to THANK YOU for your UNWAVERING PATIENCE, your IMPRESSIVE PROFESSIONALISM, EXPERT ADVICE & TREMENDOUS SERVICE/ASSISTANCE! (As I mentioned at the time: being in Retail, myself (Sales/Service Clerk-USPS) it TRULY PAINS ME, to be "That Guy", running through the door at the last minute, (JUST as you're about to close), only to cause you to have to extend an already long work day. (ESPECIALLY on a Saturday night, lol). But, I SO GREATLY APPRECIATE your GENUINE KINDNESS in helping me to resolve what had previously been an UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING, as well, TIME-SENSITIVE issue & NEVER ONCE losing (nor feigning) your smile. (ZERO CRACKS in your armor, Sir.lol!) & I just wanted you to know how VERY MUCH I DO APPRECIATE IT! THANK YOU (AGAIN), JEFF!

Not going to lie. The place was very disorganized. They take appointments only. Everybody is pretty flustered and high stressed. Not a very pleasant experience I must say. I'll give them a slide because it's the pandemic and all. The place was very busy. They're trying their best. They need to make it known all the changes on their website that they're taking all these other measures. So that you don't waste your time by going down there. When you go there they just tell you to do it on my Verizon app

Well, been having problems with my phone bc towers are being replaced to 5g? Confused because my phone looses service which displays 3G. So, what happened to 4G,?

Great help and support. One thing I will tell you about any phone carrier is ALWAYS and I mean it ALWAYS go to corporate stores not branch stores. My family and I have gone to branch stores and we have been lied to and ripped off. But the corporate store which is this one will not do that. They sell you what you go for and that's all. At least from my and my families experience.

Dealing with the whole co-vid 19 they are doing very well and still are able to be quick and provide friendly service.
