Made an appointment. Didn't wait long. Brought my dead phone back to life in about 15 minutes. Great service!

Had come across the annoyance of a non-corporate Verizon store not process my promotional trade in value of $800 for adding a new line/new phone (normally $80). I came into this corporate location for help about processing, and was recommended to have everything processed at the store and that a simple conversation to corporate is all thats necessary to update the promotional value on my account. Morale's of the story: 1. Go to a corporate Verizon store when you need something done right the first time. 2. Go and speak to Diana for any and all of your phone needs, her customer service was nothing short of phenomenal.

Turned me away at 7: 42. They close at 8. I totally get it but I used to work for Verizon and we would stay late for people all the time. Like hours late.

My phone is smashed. Really needed help.

Mackenzie was incredibly helpful! Had a unique situation helping my grandfather with his phone/account and she was very patient and helpful, making sure we knew all options and were 100% satisfied. Appreciate their help!

No one smiled. Seemed like an inconvenience to them. Very disappointing compared to other stores and online customer service.

Is a good place but opens almost at lonch time in my case I need help and I wait in to 11am because open into 11am i need help all morning long and I don't have access to them, is a Great service taking about the service but they no open in the morning.

The best way to get done what you need, while getting answers to the questions that come up is going to an actual Verizon Corporate store, not one of those pointless mall kiosks. This location in Mission Valley has helped me out a few times. Corporate stores can do a lot more than a kiosk, but in reality, about the same calling customer service can accomplish. But, the swag here is excellent; cases, speakers, ear buds, all that fun stuff.

I came here with a broken phone, and I walked out with a working phone. Customer service was great, they helped me right away and got my phone working. My Iphone was frozen and i could not get it to work, they were able to reset my phone and make it work and save all my contacts. Thank you!

I didn’t have a problem with the store but with a service rep. I went in to have someone look at my bill and help me reduce it. This guy “helping” me said he would give me a great discount on my bill but I needed to sign up for some things. I had the unlimited plan before it was brought back so I was paying a lot since I grandfathered into it so I went in to cancel it and drop down to a different plan. But thinking he was helping and lowering my bill I said ok to the things that were supposed to give me a discount. I am now paying $300 for 8 lines! Guess how many lines I actually use? 2! TWO lines! That’s it! I’m paying for all these extras and now I’m stuck on a two year contract. I called customer support and even they were shocked and disappointed someone would “help” me like that. I’ve had Verizon for years because of their service and their great customer service but after my contracts are up I’m done thanks to one “helpful” sales rep.

Everything on my phone looks like an xray so l went to the Verizon store in Mission Valley in San Diego. A nice young lady greeted me at the door and tried to help me but no luck. Then a male employee walked up was very short with me. I told him what was going on with my phone. He told me, "We don't do that here. You'll have to call Tech Coach, he hands me a card and walks away. The young lady that greeted me at the door looked at me then apologized.
What happened to customer service at Verizon? I'm not happy and will not go back to that store. Sorry, l didn't get names. I went into the store about 11: 30 am on January 5,2018. I don't think this employee should be fired, he needs Customer Service training. Jerry

Nice staff and well stocked. A little slow however. Alo, their prices and promotions don't quite match up with the website. I pre-shopped online and went in to purchase, just to find out that it was a little more difficult to get exactly what I was offered online. They eventually did it, but the sales guy had to keep running with his little tablet to his boss to get him or her to do it. A little awkward and if I had known, I would have just done it online.

I love to travel and go different places, and I most always go out to the Main Office Store to pay my bill. Friendly Service that just keeps me going back, meeting new people. And viewing the items I'm saving up for.

I liked the customer service here, however the phone I got happened to be defective I suggest making sure a new phone works before buying.

Great service, always have gotten great care and easy shopping experience. Staff is well trained on how to upsell their merchandise. Thank God I have a sales background or I would have ended up spending an extra $200 for each visit for things I "need. "
