16 The location is now Chipotle (Inglewood near Target). The card reader was inoperable which caused a 15min delay for customers to pay for their food. I suggested to the said Assistant General Manager to make an executive decision on how to satisfy the customers. Her response to me was, don't tell her how to do business. Unfortunately, I did not make nite of her name. I'm sure the store camera captured the incident. I politely told her that was an inappropriate response. Fortunately, I know how to respond to ignorance.
I really hope this post is received by the appropriate person.

I went to an authorized Verizon dealer, which was useless. Then I recalled about this actual Verizon and walked in! With 2 seconds the staffer solved my problem she was extremely knowledgeable about my cellphone and explained in easy terms how to use my cellphone as a video and how to send to others. I was grateful. Never going to an outside Verizon authorized dealer. Located at Sepulveda and Manchester. That's my truth!

How was our experience at this location? Not the best at all. Gave us a number to call. The worker was not very professional. Did not ask if there was anything else we needed help with or if we had any other questions. Did not attempt to further help. There was another worker that stood by without offering further assistance. I asked if there was someone else that can help us, he replied "no". Basically chased us out the store by saying "I don't have to know anything other than Verizon". "have a nice day". Attitude was sarcastic and rude. Advised the youngster to seek more customer service classes as well as knowledge when it comes to phones. Was he racially biased or prejudiced? I sure hope not. I do not recommend this store at all. In fact, stay away from it.

VERIZON CUSTOMERS BEWARE. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. I Just had a crazy unreal experience at this location with the manager Nicolas. I came in earlier today to this location to look at cell phones and add a line to my aunts account. I saw they had playstation 5s in stock and wanted to purchase this device too. Because my aunt had not added me to the account as a authorized user yet, the first employee advised me to just get added to the account for me to add a line and purchase a playstation. An hour and a half later on hold with Verizon customer service I was added to the account as a authorized user. I went back into the store to add a line and purchase a PS5 and the manager Nicolas refused to sell me one without any valid reason. Other customers were purchasing PlayStations without a problem, so I am unsure why he decided to single me out and discriminate against me. I have never purchased a playstation 5 from Verizon or this location. My family has had a long standing Verizon account for 10+ years and we are very disappointed that a manager at a store location is allowed to treat people this way. Due to such a poor experience I did not end up opening a new line today and will be opening my new line with another company.
The GM Nicholas is what customer service and keeping a customer happy means. He turned a very unpleasant visit to the most memorable. His kindness, wisdom and patience is what kept me at this location. 10 thumbs up to Nicholas

SoFi stadium was amazing and we go back again for a football game and who ever is a football fan I recommend it to them go to SoFi stadium.
Customer service is great Raul was very helpful extremely knowledgeable added 4 lines and I was out in 30 min.
Poor customer service follow-up when I returned with an account issue less than 24 hours after account activation. I was provided with a number to call Customer Care because clearly the Inglewood store DOES NOT CARE. Currently at Spectrum. I don't do poor service.

Jesse was both attentive and informative when I stepped into his store. I came in for an EBB mobile hotspot I was approved for through a pell grant and left with guidance on how to get approved, as well as a great deal on a trade in (iPhone 8 to IPhone 12). Jesse exuded patience as I waited for funds to be transferred to my bank account & was quite encouraging as I expressed to him that I was moving from Florida to California though my car had been totaled in Texas. His positive attitude made waiting on that credit check less nerve-wracking. Haha. The service provided to me by this representative was one of the best and I was surprised to find on my way out that he was the manager. So whether you ask for Jesse the manager or the other employees character like that is contagious, so you can relax and know you’re in good hands.

Not all the info given before signing up and the last guy that helped me out do the returned was very rude.
Thank you so much Raul for helping resolve the transfer of my phone number! He was very patience and friendly. He was able to resolve my problem although I had gone to other Verizon stores! We also had extra questions and he was happy to answer all of them.
I will say I felt it was unprofessional for the group of 3 employees who were having a conversation about one of their pregnancy. Definitely should keep those conversations outside of the floor area because we were waiting and they were standing around chit chatting. It wasn't until Raul came onto the floor and assisted us quickly and gave up quality service that made me want to come back to this store!
