I've been a T-Mobile customer for almost 10 years. After visiting this Verizon location I'm seriously considering changing service. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
These 5 stars are for DAVID! He is amazing! It's hard to find good people just in general now days & my son and I were blessed to have David helping us out this time! He genuinely cares! And you can tell he actually enjoys his position as a Verizon Wireless Representative! My sons phone broke, & tomorrow is literally his birthday so it was the perfect timing for an upgrade! We were fortunate enough to have this rare gem of a worker assist us. My son & I had some questions about his new phone and no matter what it was, David answered them all with a smile. Customer service is not for everyone, but David, hands down, nailed it This dude is very welcoming, knowledgeable, & so helpful! I'm so thankful we met him & I cannot wait to make our next purchases i mentioned to him next month. After nearly 20 years of being a customer of Verizon, we finally found a person who gives it their all (for the record, we use to go in person at the carson location often & they were helpful too. It's just that finally someone stands out above all the employees I've personally interacted with, & I'm so grateful for him.) Thanks again David! We'll see you soon! PS. Message to the manager of this location, Please give him a raise if you want him to stay with your company. He is a gem and anywhere he goes, he will climb the ladder and become an even greater asset to any company he works for. You're very lucky to have him, so treat him great! Because he really treats the customers great!
Hi guys I got here at Verizon store at 10 AM exactly and there was a line I’m gonna say about 12 people. I was a bit leery to have to wait a long time. So I get out of the car I walk in, I was immediately greeted and signed in, in Less than a minute one of the workers helped me out! I was surprised thrilled and satisfied with customer service! The gentleman that was helping me was very knowledgeable and gave his recommendation on a Cordless charger (port). MOPHIE is the name of the port it gives best charge.it’s got wireless charging output USB Dash, a charging output and USB-C PD and put /output. This gadget has a 50% charge in 30 minutes up to 2.1 full phone charges it charges three devices at once, Oh excuse me it’s a powerstation Wireless XL. Also, They have some really good deals on accessories not sure how long that’ll go till. Come check them out! Deals are as fallow: if you purchase three accessories you get 30% off the total if you buy four you get 35% off and if you get five you get 40% off you don’t like the product bring it back. You have 30 days to get your money back. Best of all this is an actual Verizon corporate store. It’s not a mom and pop stores (nothing against mom and pop stores) just nice to come to a Verizon store that can help with my phone plan and trouble shoot my iPhone.hope this was helpful.you guys have a great day~
David was excellent. He took care of us getting my wife a new phone. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out of there with a new phone in less than an hour!
Anthony was nice and got the job done. I just need the screen protector changed. He did it right in front of me. He did not take my phone in back which I liked.
I have been a customer at this verizon store today daniel at the store solved my problem it took all the stress that i was carrying away he has been at that store for four years they simply fixed my problem and did not charge anything even the 5G simcard and i am telling either go to corporate verizon store like this one or dont even try to go to any other ones these guys are not here to make extra money out of customers they are here to serve us because store is owened by verizin not by an individual they deserve much much more than 5 stars.

Courteous, gracious and helpful was the day. Corporate size store with well structured Covid protocols and great effective customer and technical service. Smooth as silk and above and beyond support.
Horrible customer service. There were literally three people standing around talking to each other. When I asked for assistance, I was not only declined, but I was pushed back a space in line. The gentleman who came in about three minutes after us was put up next. I asked the guy at the front desk a question about keeping the phone until the new one came in. He said sure, then when we got to rep, he said no, you can’t do that. I stated what we were told when we arrived. He said he doesn’t know the answer. When I suggested he was educated, he told me they only want them to provide limited information. I suggested that he not say anything to customers then.
This location always has a wait. I sat for almost two hours. The manager said they couldn't fix the problem with my phone, he didn't even know the phones model or take a look at it. The manager let me sit in the queue for an hour and a half even after I asked for someone to talk to me about the different phones. He said they couldn't offer me any deals or give me any information until they knew my account info (I was sitting on hold to sort that out), but everyone else had no problem disclosing the information even before there was account information. I made it clear that I had a class (two hours after I got there) and by the time I met with someone I had 20 minutes until the class. Then with less than 10 minutes left they began to address one of the reasons I came in. They also informed me that the phones I was looking at weren't in stock, but after a little more questioning- oh wait- they probably were in stock. For people who work on commission you think they'd try a little harder.
Salesperson woyld not provide any information regarding phones, rebates. All he wanted to do was to get my credit checked, when asked about rebates and trade in. Told me he does not know anything about it and for me to go online and do my due diligence, which I had already. Either he had no knowledge of offerings from hizs Co. It seem he was more interested in the commission he was gonna make on the 5 lines than providing good service. Disappointed with Verizon.

Service was not good. Went in for a new phone and the staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The new phone switch didn't go well. Would not recommend using this store.
This is a very very poorly ran Verizon Store with a store in this region you would think that they would have top notch service! But they don't. With the poor attitudes and lack of knowledge of even the products in the store on top of elderly entrapment making them spend more or acquire services not needed. I will report the sales associates there 5 in total from two different days with the same poorly trained staff. On top off not following CDC guidelines no one there cleaned or sanitized anything in the store not the glass nor the show floor phones while multiple customers touched the floor demos not did they have gloves or practice six feet. Location W280001 need to be investigated promptly by the health department and the corporate headquarters DONT WASTE YOUR YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
