Wish I could give 0 to this store. I went in to get an upgrade for my son told us we had to wait in our car and wait time would be 40-45mins. We said alright and proceded to wait. We kept seeing all white people going in coming out with their phones and remind you when we walk inside the store it was empty and 4 cars in the parking lot. All this other people came after we did. So an hour and 15mins later I decided to walk in and see what was going on and see all those people in the store getting services while I was kept waiting. So I decided to walk out and not bother with a store like that. As soon as we pulled out from the parking lot I got a call saying they were ready for us to what I replied I was going to OC where we don't get discriminated by our race. This store has alot of work to do.

I was greeted by the store manager, who entered my information into scheduling system. I looked at phone products a few minutes, then a capable person came to me and helped me decide on a replacement phone. He stayed with me until purchase was completed, and data transfer from old to new phone was set up. It took only a few minutes. Now I am learning a new phone. Yes, all my contacts and messages and apps and photos transferred.

The associate Alonzo made my experience at Verizon wonderful. He gave me a preview and walkthrough of the phone I wanted, then let me know about a promotion that is available for me and my circumstances. It was a swift purchase, Alonzo was very knowledgeable and also assisted me with purchasing the best accessories for my new phone to prevent it from cracking again. Thank you, Alonzo, for providing the best customer experience thus far.

The employees were nice and tried to be helpful, but the company has slipped. I have poor service in this area, very slow internet, and a couple of drop calls all while being here only for 2 months. I was looking to upgrade to their top plan, but was told that may not help.

This location is working as mask police for unconstitutional mask "mandates" why does verizon discriminate against its long time customers and play covid police for a civil rights voilating governor?

thats not their place to harrass and coerce customers to adhere to unconstitutional faux laws.simply wanting to conduct business and have answers to some questions.is there a class action in the works?

These guys are awesome. Jay switched the phone number to the e-sim on my phone. The Menifee store did not want to help me nor trie, but these guys tried and made it work. Thanks guys.

Visiting that store and getting help they're very uneducated hasn't been pleasant my last three visits for the price of my plan you would expect more knowledge personality!

I had a really BAD experience, not the norm. I had a new phone that needed to be activated and they couldn't do it, possibly not there fault.
The bad part was the new phone was broken by the tech and he denied it. If hadn't insisted three times in would have not gotten my SD card returned!
BAD EXPERIENCE!

I went in today to ask a simple question and was told someone would be with me shortly, to please wait in my car and I would get a notification when someone was ready to answer my question. I got checked in at 2: 12pm, I sat in my car for about 15 minutes then decided to run some errands while I waited. It is currently 5: 20 pm and I haven’t received a notification or call. I’ve literally wasted my afternoon just to get a question answered. I’ve always conducted all my business at this location. Sometimes having a bad experience due to lack of customer service training on the new employees but most often good service, but what happened today is just plain ridiculous!

This Verizon Store is the worst store you could go to, Coustemer Service is poor the wait is extremely long eventhough you see the employees looking at social media in their cellular inted of helping consumers with their needs the majority of the employees don't know what they are doing I've been in twice to get help with trouble with my cell and twice they cleared out my cell to master cleared erasing my entire media without asking for my permission wish is the easiest way out for them. They don't even try for othe solutions am very unsatisfied with this kinda of personal I dislike this Verizon Store on Sanderson and Florida in Hemet Calif.the worst of the worst. The majority of the are jung with Nasty attitude!

Since I was there last, things have changed. I now am giving a 5 star rating from a 4. I needed a jetpack Hotspot. I went in, no wait, told the guy I need to be out in 10 mins could he do that. Already have an account. Just needed the jet pack. It was done bought and paid for in 10 mins. Thank you! I am sorry I forgot the persons name. But he was great. Offered to help if I needed to come back. Again thank you!

By appointments only came here at 5.50 they close at 7pm. They told me I can't look at phones or talk to them because it's appointments first. So now we are stuck with a broken phone unable to upgrade
