My Verizon account was accessed by a Verizon care representative at that store (less than two hours ago) and they charged two sets of airpod worth $460. I would like to contact the manager there, but I can't find the store phone number. I live in Ohio and have never been to that store. I did get a receipt with a forged signature and serviced by TIMMARIE. I wonder if it was an inside job or employees not verifying IDs properly for transactions. Investigation in underway. Give me a number here so I can call and straighten this out.

Very helpful staff. We had a nightmare at ATT and after 8 stores they couldn't help us. Makhia at Verizon helped up get everything we needed in a reasonable amount of time and did it with a smile. Thanks for the help!

Long gone is the time where companies like this actually want to help their consumers. Seriously, don’t have the option on the app to setup an appointment to go in for help, if all you’re interested in doing is focusing on sales.

Went in to drop off and cancel the new 5G home service I signed up for because, unfortunately, I did not get service in my home. At a different store, I was told to return it to a Verizon store within 30 days to cancel and avoid a restocking fee if it didn’t work out. Great! Well, not so great, because I setup an appointment to do just that and came here at set appointment time. Guy takes my info, and asks why I’m there, then just says I’ll be right back. 10 minutes later, he hands me a Fed-Ex return label to return the device and says call 611 to cancel. I explained to him what I was told, and he just said there’s miscommunication and his manager said to refer me to 611. Wow, what great help that was and what a waste of gas.

Point is, this store won’t help you unless you’re buying a new phone. I wouldn’t buy a new phone from them ever again. Much less home internet service. Just buy from Apple directly if you want a new iPhone with great and stick with another internet provider. SMH.

It was back in July, I had to quickly get some security cameras set up and decided to try out Verizon's mifi options. I bought the Orbi unit for about $90. Since I asked to create a separate account, the billing was going to work out to $50/month. After small challenges with the install, I soon realized that the camera video uploads required me to upgrade to $90/month. For me, safety is number one and I was willing to pay. Then Verizon had a major outage. I was hamstrung trying to troubleshoot for hours not knowing at the time it was the network and not my new set up. I decided to cancel within my 30 day trial period. VZ was very friendly and made that easy. They said you can keep it running until the end of the month and that I would be getting a return shipping label via email. I later saw that email not thinking twice to open it completely knowing I would wait until the service would stop at the 30 day mark. Then when I went to print the shipping label it turns out I have to log back in. I couldn't. I no longer had an active account. I had to wait for the bill to come in the mail. After several hours pleading with them over the phone, I gave up. I paid the $129 fees since they did not receive the Orbi unit. Also know there is $50 restocking fee for the unit in the fine print even if you offer to bring it back to the store. Why VZ couldn't de-couple the service cancelation request with the return of a mifi I owned I will never know. Does anyone need a fairly new 4G Orbi unit with no red tape? !

Went in yesterday, waited 20 min and then was greeted by a snappy rude woman who basically refused to do her job. Felt like I was at the DMV! I had to leave and get help at another location because she was too lazy to work.

They are good at their job. I did not like the answers I got but that is because cellphone companies are terrible. The staff is wonderful and I will buy all of them lunch

I have to edit my review from 5 stars to only 1. Because I left Verizon a year ago due to they didn't want to provide any service anymore. I was paying a very high bill just for having the help when needed. And at the Verizon store at Jefferson Blvd one day the people that used to be very helpful decided to send the clients to call customer service for everything. I remember that at the time I left they were doing nothing at the store but they had put a policy in place not to help anymore and send everything to customer service. I was so surprised because I was very happy with their service and I was purchasing Ipads and accessories from them and they refused to do the transfer of the data stating that it was very easy steps that I could follow by calling Verizon customer service. That attitude forced me to leave them after being a loyal client for several years.
However I am very happy that I change provider and now I am with Spectrum. With Spectrum I am receiving the help I need in person and the service so far has been great! And on top of that I am saving at least 50%. I can't believe I pay so much for so many years! Well we live and we learn!

They did not honor the commercial on TV therefore, the commercial are propaganda which is not true just to get you in the store and the prices are outrageous and this is just using your own phone 178.00 for 2 line
They don't even have a senior plan really They just give discounts to whoever they want too bad business

Unwelcoming, unhelpful and ill-informed collective staff. Save yourself a trip & disappointment and head to another store where they under the word ‘SERVICE’.

Went into store for an upgrade of two phones. We were the only two customers in the store. Was approached by one representative and she point to another representative. I told her that we are looking for phone upgrades. She asked what I was looking for and I told her pretty much like the phone we have. She pointed to the phones and continued looking at her tablet. We walked over to the phones and there were no explanation on what feature they have. Not once did either of the employees offer any assistance. They both walked in the back. At that point, we walked out.

I came here to get an upgrade for my sons phone because he graduated and after awhile decided to just leave and go to another store. Not sure why everyone was moving like a sloth. It was 3 people in the store besides the workers. Put my name on the list and in the text message it said that there was one person ahead of me (not understanding how when no one else was there).

If you arrive when not busy the staff is always very nice and helpful. I’m 75 and not well versed with the age of modern phones and electronics. The staff at this location have gone out of their way to educate me! It’s all so confusing but simple once I’m guided how to use the equipment I’ve purchased. I get it now!

I’ve been with Verizon since day one. Customer care, getting a human on the phone, misinformation, time wasting awaiting an answer, promo for free phone there one minute and not the next, being told one thing about getting free phone promo which I had read the exact same thing along with her but when I went to order online, it wanted me to actually pay the cash each month for 36 months……. It was always promoted as bill CREDITS…. I’m done!
