Giovani was great! I went with my grandmother and he was extremely helpful and patient with her and all our antics. 10/10 would recommend.definitely ask for Giovani when you go

Smaller store but still have a lot of items and in-stock. Great customer service and helpful and nice staff. Always great and fast service when I go in.

Sarah was awesome! I was adding a line to my family plan and she did an awesome job helping us port over an old number from t-mobile. Sara was fun to work with and she definitely knew her stuff. She even stayed a few minutes after her clock out time to make sure we were taken care of! Thanks, Sarah!

Do not go here! Worst experience, I will tell everyone not to come here. These people need to be fired. Multiple appointments and they just never show up! I have a 1 year old and to deal with that is ridiculous. Telling me to come back 3 hours later it will be ready (after already 3 times here trying to set up a phone) and nothing was done!

My experience was good but I had no idea my expensive phone wouldn't have a jak for headphones that would be to convineant! But my Sam Sung takes great pictures and I needed that for vacation.

Well I got a gift for my father for Christmas and I pay 3 phones. The new iPhone 13 pro max. So, he had horrible service with another phone agency. So got him a phone they ran a promotion that they would take care of what the phone they owe on it and in January gave them all the paperwork and everything. Then every month my dads credit card statement said he owed money I was like what the heck. Every month I went to Verizon now I’m the one struggling with my dads credit card don’t run promotions. What a waste of time. What was the point on signing up for Verizon.

On Fathers Day, Went to trade in my Phone, started out with 1 rep … Very rude, asked to have someone help me, was told by next Rep.all iPhone’s were sold out due to Father’s Day so I have to order online, I proceed, asked directly Do you have some on the wall I can look at? Answer Yes they are over there on the wall, representative wouldn’t even get up to show me what’s available online, continued on his tablet / phone. Asked to speak to manage, Explained to her no one is really willing to help, 1st rep chuckled at me, EXTREMELY RUDE, manager (so called manager) just stood there listening to her argue with me. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON ENTIRE STORE INCLUDING MANAGER. We have lived here in Beaumont for years and NEVER HAVE HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE
There are plenty of other stores with EXCELLENT SERVICE. As I left all 3 Reps were on their phone. Terrible work ethics. Will notify VERIZON ON COMPLAINT MONDSY

The salesman Eric sold us a phone which he said was discounted but in reality wasn't. Also sold us the wrong AC adapter for the phone and had to go to a different Verizon store to fix my new phone. Never do business with these clowns ever again.

The employees at this Verizon are amazing. I was frustrated and tense when I went in, problem connecting to internet, 3hours spent on phone and chat night before trying to fix issue and then needed to drive an hour to a corporate store for Sim replacement and hands on help. But Jackie was great, fantastic attitude, cheerful, helpful etc. Joanna (manager) also fantastic. It took awhile but they got it done. I even got to hear melodramatic Karen ("you people are imhuman") be politely advised nope thats not how it went down, you came in rude etc, and they still resolved her issue with the extra help needed. Ten thumbs up for this store

We can’t call this store, but it was convenient to walk in for what we wanted. This is an actual Verizon store, and these sales people aren’t sharks working on for a commission. My partner got a trade in promotion that wasn’t already offered on her MyVerizon app. Although Verizon charges an Activation fee, she was not also charged a set up fee. I was almost charged one at a different Verizon authorized retailer for my own phone upgrade. Also, this salesperson was knowledgeable and honest about the various mobile protections available, including what Apple covers outside of Verizon’s options. We’re glad an actual Verizon store is nearby.

Phone would not boot. We are Verizon customers. Went there to see if they could help us. Sales associate said it must have gotten wet somehow and fried the insides. Told us that it cannot be repaired and we have to buy a new one. Associate never took it apart, never took the back off. Rushed us through the Sales process and tried to get us to buy "extras " like a new screen protector and hard shell case. No thank you.

I purchased an iPhone 13 yesterday at this store. I got a great deal with a trade-in of my 10x. But it was the excellent customer service I received from store manager “Cynthia” that impressed me the most.

Cynthia was the initial employee who greeted me, obtained my information, and told
me it would be a few minutes until a customer service representative would assist me. The store was fairly busy so after waiting a few minutes, Cynthia decided she would help me to prevent me from waiting too long.

During my 20 minute interaction with her I found her to be friendly, conversational, and competent. She found common ground with me and made me feel very comfortable and valued. I left the store smiling as quality customer service can be difficult to find.

My family and I (four of us) will drive from Yucaipa to the Beaumont store and shop there for now on based on my experience with Cynthia. Please thank her for being an exceptional employee!

I have been a long-time customer of Verizon have dealt with this store several times. I have had more good experiences than bad. I appreciate good customer service and feel this store overall strive for this to be so.

Today me and my mother when to verizon in Beaumont California to pay your phones bill and the women who help us set up auto pay on your phones bill was very nice to me and my mom also very helpful with us on set up auto pay with us on your phones.
