They are great. They always help out when it is needed. Staff are friendly and listen to you.

Treated like a number not an individual there customers have to wait and the absolute rudeness on some of the personal staff need to be rectified

I keep basically being told it not their problem and that they cant help me since my phone got stolen and have no way to get in contact with the insurance company they partner with. They need work on their handling of the situation and communication with affiliated partners.

Verizon has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with I swear rude people and they wanna charge an arm and a leg for their services but yet give you horrible customer services looking to switch as soon as my contacts are up I have 7 business lines and was going to open more but it seems like they just hire anyone to handle their customer service

Well I thought I had a good experience in the Ming location. Went in for the $800 promo and was assured I would get it but I'm not and customer service says I have to talk to the rep and location manager but you can't get through to the location by phone and I'm no longer in the area! Rep. Teto contact me plz!

Verizon failed and or refused to refund my $101 electronic payment I made for additional use of my Verizon tablet. Verizon claimed that I purchased a pin card opposed to direct prepaid payment for additional online use of my Verizon tablet. The Verizon retail store on Ming Street in Bakersfield doesn't even sale pin cards! Verizon Corporate Office wouldn't refund my payment or credit it towards additional data because I used my business debit card at the Ming Street retail location. My financial institution is now seeking the refund. Plus, Verizon is saying that they are going to have to give away my business phone number. What say you?

I have been with Verizon for ten plus years. Went into the store to add line number 8 and the sales lady inside was so so rude. My son even told her how rude she was. On 10/10: 2031 I am now considering changing to ATT. I will likely be closing my Verizon account.

This is an actual Verizon store not Just an authorized dealer. Service seemed faster more friendly and not always trying to sell something.

The location some of the employees don't want to do work they say can't do it but the main office say they can, so please do not go to this location
