Telephone Company Verizon reviews
18Horrible experience. They shut down their computers 20 minutes prior to closing the store. They refuse to offer the service we need and asked us to come back again tomorrow. Ridiculous.
Came in for a phone spent $300 then sent to not one but TWO different stores that said they had my phone in stock (but didn't) came back 20 minutes before the store closed the manager said the employee who sent us out ran out as soon as we left (knowing he messed up and didn't want to deal with us) and yet another person tried to help us but reqired us to spend MORE money. Overall spent $600 and didn't even get the phone I actually wanted I had to settle for my third choice.
Unfortunately, the staff here is unprofessional and not interested in helping customers. I walked in there and no one asked me if I needed any help; they were busy talking to each other. Had to interrupt their non-work related conversation to ask about switching over to Verizon. (Pretty easy sale since I wanted to switch to Verizon). I'd recommend going somewhere else.
To be honest am not a computer nor a cell per person same thing I guess. So when I went to Verizon, needed help with my cellphone, and got the best help I have ever had. He was honest took his time to explain everything, and when I left Verizon I felt so much better after. Thanks to the staff at Verizon!
Verizon is just cheaply following the crowd by outsourcing customer service to automated systems and foreign reps who barely speak or understand English outside of their scripts. Those reps are never knowledgeable enough nor authorized to access what’s needed to solve any problem. It’s on the level of absurd how impossible it is to solve simple matters. Verizon and the rest of the corporate crowd are very regressive not progressive by using experimental artificial ineptitude to replace reasonably competent human beings who they simply don’t want to pay livable wages to. It’s ultimately such an insult to us who are customers who pay money like clockwork, but are completely left in the cold for any service. Verizon is just another lazy participant in this outrageous corporate trend.
Good deals on black Friday. Was not too crowded and sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Jigna was the rep at the Verizon La Habra location who assisted me today. She was personable and knowledgeable.
They are to expensive.pay for 2 phones unlimited everything. 120.00.
They want 140. For 1 phone.
1 hr+ wait!? We were recommended to go online to resolve our issue.then what's the point of a store location?
A good store with friendly and cooperative staff. Good options for cellphone models and plans. We were there to purchase a plan for my daughter who is studying in California. It took hardly half an hour to complete the process. Good efficiency.
Went to get some help with upgrading and when I walked in there was a line of people. The girl said “We’ll be with you in a moment”. Never mentioned you had to have an appointment. 20 minutes later when the line had grown to 6 people she states rather rudely “If you don’t have an appointment you won’t get help for over an hour”. Really? There was 2 people working on a Saturday! Time for me to change my service. I pay them $650 a month for my company! No more.
I needed to change over the primary on the account. Fortunately I had Amelia to help me and we got it all done in 45 minutes, it was quite a process. I now have a new plan in my name and saving over $50 month.
Turning to be the company with the best service. You can find better prices, maybe even much better, but no better service.
Gloria at the La Habra store should not have a customer facing positing. I went in 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close to find she had already locked up the store (I assumed they were going to be open until 9: 00). Once I flagged her down for assistance she unlocked the door and told me I needed to go to Best Buy for assistance or return another day. I understood her refusal of service was so that she did not run the risk of staying a minute after the store was scheduled to close, which I would have not expected her to do. I would have gladly returned another day, but her demeanor making me feel like I did something wrong by trying to come in while still open and then directing me to Best Buy was uncalled for. I highly recommend Verizon send Gloria to some basic customer service classes if expected to continue to work with the general public.
Gloria was an absolute angel! Super friendly and had great customer service. Highly recommend her if you need questions answered! Saw the review about her from some other dude and can’t agree with it. She really knew her stuff. Definitely will be back to this store because of her.
By far the worst verizon ever, showed up at 6: 40 they said they just took their last customer and they're about to close in 5 mins. I guess 9 to 7pm business hours for this branch doesn't really apply. Worst branch with the worst customer service. AVOID THIS BRANCH!
The staff are very knowledgeable and very patient. I brought my wife in to get a new phone for her birthday and our Verizon rep patiently answered all our product and plan questions making our visit pleasant and productive.
2021: Ready to spend $1300 cash on a new phone. Wait was over 1 hour 1/2. Went to the market place in Tustin and they were excellent. This place is terrible in la habra.
2022: went early January to buy a tablet. Wait was 2 hours long with appointment. Left. Bought my cash purchase over $4000 w/ accessories since I decided to buy two in Tustin again.
Today 2022: went to buy new Samsung ultra. Wait was over an hour long. Left to have dinner and return. ……. Showed up 7 minutes before close to make a quick purchase. Was told it was closed.
This place is absolutely terrible and I hope it closes. Management here must be sitting in the back scrolling through social media.
