18So rude and unprofessional. I looked at the reviews and realized another people has encountered bad customer service and borderline discrimination by the worker named Leo. He talked down to us and looked at us like we were beneath him. Very hostile. If more people encountered this behavior from him, I hope they leave more reviews because that is not okay and people like him should get out of the service industry.
Great place for issues and fixing your phone plus the workers are so nice and very helpfull.
Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff. Took over 3 hours to get a simple upgrade done. What a joke
Well, I must say, I NEVER thought that I would give Verizon a bad review, but here it is. I took my phone in for an issue (Internet), I was able to make call, and text, to leaving the store with a $400 paperweight, Now I CANT use my phone at all, they said they we're going to fix it, and they made it so I CAN NO LONGER USE IT AT ALL! Customer Care for them, waste of time. Asked them what they were going to do yo make this right, they answered with " I'm not gonna say anything "
Least helpful store that asks you to call their call center online if you are not brining in new business for them.
Verizon has the worst customer service systems online. The call constantly drops. After being charged for the prepaid card, so many people at Verizon have tried porting my number but every single time they failed.
End result: I lost my 45$ because of their incompetency to port.the store manager so smugly suggested that i should just use up the card and throw it.
Would never ever go anywhere near Verizon
One of the worst experiences I've ever experienced.so rude! Did not explain everything and act like you owe them something. Was being helped by one person needed to wait for authorization got switched to another representative who then told us he could help us now because now he had to deal with us all we wanted to do was get off of a family plan on our own it took 2 hours and the worst customer service I've ever experienced the representative for Verizon helping us name was Leo stay away from him he is rude and talks down to people. And after we left the store two of the employees began to sit there and talk laugh and stare at us outside as we talked about how bad the service was.
First time customer and customer service was great answered all my questions made the process fast definitely recommend this location
If I could give them a lower rating I WOULD! They connected my new phone to 19 other accounts that I couldn't break free of! It's not right that a company does this! With all of your info just floating around I'm really tempted to find a lawyer and take action!
Thos place has no inerest in helping. Even when you are there to get new lines nevermind if you have a problem.
Michael was amazing. I was just in there for a charger. When I walked in everyone was helping someone, or so I thought. There was two women talking to each other. So I waited a good 5 minutes. Michael stopped helping someone to get me checked in. About a minute or two after, people started coming in. Now those two women gossiping stopped and started helping those people. I had to wait for Michael to be done with his customer to start helping me. I should of been in there no more than 2 minutes, ended up being there for over 10 because of those 2 employees! Thank you Michael, but I'm going to be doing my business in other Verizon stores!
I don't like cell phone companies yet some of the staff was very helpful when I needed assistance with the cover for my Galaxy Flip.
maps says they close at 8. Pull up to the store at 749pm, store sign says closes at 8pm. Store is already locked at 749PM. Thanks Verizon.

Really amazing experience, I've been with Verizon for 15 years and this location has been the best so far, one of the associates went above and beyond in customer service and was a really awesome interaction.
They are so helpful and friendly. No question is a stupid one to them. Worth me having to drive 30 miles to be at a true Verizon store.

Thomas Champion gave us outstanding customer service. My husband had an issue with his phone, he had gone to the Selma Verizon store. But they were no help, and insisted for him to buy a new phone. Thomas found the problem within 5 minutes which was, the Sim card. He replaced it and the problem was fixed. We all appreciate his honesty and professionalism that he displayed. We will return for any future purchases to this Verizon Srore in Fresno.
