15Excellent service. I was having a problem with my tablet. The young woman who helped me was able to find the problem. She spent an hour or more. She was very patient and kind.
I lost my phone had to come to the corporate store due to a problem accessing my account. I had an appointment they were ready and waiting for me. I was helped by Jacob it could not have went better.he was very knowledgeable very personable and easy to work with. Excellent communication skills.he fixed me up with a great phone for me and got it up and running very quickly. I would definitely go back to this store
Before coming to the store I checked the website to make sure the item was available. The Manager told me it would be a 20 minute wait when I got to the store and logged in. I waited over an hour, they did not have the item their website said. And they helped me accomplish absolutely nothing after wasting an hour and a half of my life.
Stopped by to check on new phones and service plans. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

Best place to go for all your Verizon need and purchases, excellent customer service, and if you have an item to be send best send it here and have them help you with it.
Poor Custemer service feels like they don’t want to help they just what to put you on the phone to call Verizon terrible terrible service this is the third time with this experience
The person who helped me, Chuy, at the SLO office on Mill Street resolved my problem in less than an estimated 10 minutes! It was well worth the 50 minute round trip from AG where I usually trade.
Verizon piece of s, I am 6 days with not service, I am a new customer. I payed all you asked me, for what? To be disconnect? I am in WA with not options to contact my clients, I told Cris and his manager in SLO, CA I need the service before Thursday 16th in July, but they care like nothing.
I waited 45 minutes after being told 3rd in line then the guy disappears into the back to do a quote. When he returns he says I got you a better plan and it’s cheaper. Then he says your bill will be 50$ a month more. FREE PHONES MY EYE

What a joke. They weren't interested in selling me a phone unless I buy a plan. Thankfully, Best buy wanted my money.
Went into the Verizon store in San Luis an hour before they closed to get help on a bill. Miriam was the person that approached us and was extremely rude and unprofessional! I have never had that type of service from anyone else there and I believe her tag said she was a manager. Unbelievable that she had the kind of attitude she had. Disappointed in the whole experience.
It was fast and easy to pay my bill. Staff approached me as soon as I came in and I left feeling satisfied.
People do not want to help with anything they are rude when you come in for walkup appointments.
