10Thought I was going to have to purchase replacement phone, because I could not charge battery. Lovely girl cleaned out charger cable receptacle and saved my monthly $$$ budget. I walked out of store all smiles!
This store is unethical and practices deceptive sales tactics. Make sure you get everything in writing from this store. The sales rep and manager lie to make sales. I was told that canceling my old line and opening a new one would be the best way to get a new number. I asked the sales rep to confirm with the manager that canceling the line would not affect the promo I received when I first came over to Verizon a year ago and they said it would not. I now have to dispute a charge of $450 on this month's bill.
This store WONT answer their phone I need a new phone but I need to know what phones they have at the store but they are refusing to answer their phones or call me back
They're very willing to help you get in the swing of things, with mobile tech being what it is now. At Verizon, they held the torch to guide me down an otherwise dark and gloomy trek into the un known. Thank you Verizon.
I was forced to wait outside on a 100° day because I cannot wear a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition and that I have been vaccinated and I was still not allowed in the store. I had a simple issue with my business account that could have been resolved quickly. Instead, I waited outside for about 45 minutes until I couldn't bear the heat anymore. I saw many other customers enter the store and get the help they needed. I don't know if they just forgot that they had made me wait outside or not, but I felt like I was being treated differently because of my medical condition. This is not right.
Have Verizon and it is great, there will always be other cell phone places, I k.ow, but I love this one.
I purchased a phone on line and after a long time on the phone the rep figured I had the phone I needed. He had the phone shipped and when I received it I found the accessory did not fit the phone. I called him back and again after a very long time on the phone he figured out which one I needed. Now the problem was getting it exchanged before the 14 day exchange period is up. So he put a bunch of notes explaining what I needed and suggest I go to the nearest verizon store. Now I'm in a V. A
Hospital. So i had to ups this package to my daughter to have her take care of going to Verizon. Well. Ups lost the package and finally found it and I had only one day to make the exchange. So she goes to the store in Angel's camp and after a long period of time they told her they couldn't help her and she needed to go to a corporate store. She explained about the noted on my acct they said it didnt matter they couldn't help her. So she went to Sonora and again they gave her the runaround and told the notes on my account didnt mean anything an she had to call customer service. So she went home.called C. S. Cust.serv. Told her to go back to Sonora.so she did and they refused to help her and told her to call cust. Serv
Again. She asked if they could call while she was there and go over everything and thr clerk replied. We dont really do that kind of thing
Now what kind of service is that? I have a phone I didnt want an accessory I cant use and another phone purchased I really didn't want. I'm going to try to call cust serv again, for the third time today. And if they cant do something about this I will leave Verizon. There use to ba a time when Verizon had great cust. Srv. But these past few years it has really goner downhill
Something else, I was in retail sales management for 40 years. And one of the things I tried to impress on my employees is take care a of your cust. If you post him off you figure yeah, I lost a sale but in actuality you lost that sale plus future sales plus potential future sales from people he or she may have recommended. So what happens from. Determines what I will share with family. Friends the patients I have gotten to know In the past 11 months I've been in the V. A.hospital and all the veterans i know.
I forgot to mention the employees were rude and did not seem to want to help us
The store was hot, and they don't help you set up your phone in the store anymore. Had to spend three hours on the phone with two different people to set up the phone.
Such bs. Their support line can't is a joke. They tell you to visit your Local store.
