Telephone Company Verizon reviews
8Daniel our rep was and has been extremely helpful and very professional. Answered all the questions I had asked. Great service.
The most terrible Verizon store I’ve ever been to, unprofessional employees and terrible services, had to wait for 30 minutes to get attention and had to keep waiting for another 30 minutes for the service. Will never come back to this store! SO TERRIBLE! Unbelievable guys!
Erick and James. Awesome store. Every one there is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Best service ever. Not like the Verizon in orange on main Street.
When I switched over to Verizon, the representative was very nice and friendly. Explained everything to me and even handed me a paper quote so I could see the changes that would happen on my account. Plus they helped me get a free tablet!
Was treated respectfully; not drowned in platitudes. My issue was resolved quickly, efficiently, and I was on my way with a:).
BUYER BEWARE!
Attn: Verizon Senior Management:
Its very unfortunate that after being a Verizon customer for over 38 years (since 1982) that a previously promised fee waiver will NOT be honored.
I was informed of this shortsighted decision (9/23/20) by a supervisor today that senior management refuses to honor its previously made promises. I believe that this is a shameful business practice to make promises to a long term customer to waive the $40 new phone activation fee, then I go ahead and purchase a new NOTE 10 Plus phone and spent over $1,200.00 and then they changed their position and renege on the fee waiver promise.
Shameful Buiness Practices!
BUYER BEWARE!
I simply want to talk to a store rep and even though i call the 714 number it sends me to corporate, at which time they cannot help! Where is the option to speak to someone who can actually offer support for this store. Extremely frustrating!
